Every time I come in here I have an issue with the manager lady, I know exactly what I eat and its two pizzas(because they have decided to make them smaller). I don’t want to eat one pizza and wait another 10 mins for them to decide to cook another. This is the worst and rudest cicis out of all Houston, I will stick to the cicis on Bellaire from now one.

Best ever! I’m not a bread girl, but this by far is one of the best Ci Ci’s pizzas in the neighborhood and by neighborhood, I mean on the Northwest side of town. Great service, food always fresh and hot, and the variety on the menu is great. Even though I only eat the toppings off of pizza’s, I truly enjoy this pizza. Location and parking is also great, however for safety reasons, parking overflow does go to the back of the building so be aware of your surroundings. No incidents has been reported, just something to keep in mind, if you travel with small children, which happens to be the population of Ci Ci’s crowd. Give them a try, they are always upgraded their menu, to keep your money dining in their restaurant. We had a nice time, hosting and celebrating a friend’s birthday here, before hitting some games and other activities.

We visited around 1pm on Columbus Day. The place was clean and comfortable… probably because there were very few people there. The game room and TV’s are a nice touch. Great place for a mid-week family outing. It sits at the end of a small strip center. The entrance is in a weird place down an alley along the side of the building. There are no clear signs to direct patrons. The exit is at the front of the building. :-/ $ 18 for two buffets and two fountain drinks. I think they’re pricey but that’s probably because I don’t like Cici’s…at all. I go for my son who happens to love this restaurant. The Salad bar was decent with a good amount of healthy choices but why are the plates so damn small? I could hardly fit more than a serving of lettuce on it! Their pizza tastes like public school cafeteria pizza. Deserts aren’t much better.

Ok… I’ve been to CiCis multiple times in different cities. Why this one is open is amazing! Staff was not kind. Pizza(when it finally came out) was not well cooked. Tables were not cleaned. Please note. The app made me give this place a star. Otherwise I wouldn’t. Avoid this place! If you’re starving… starving would be better.

Seems customer service here it’s a major issue the lack of it is apparent at this location. I have to ask for ice be put in the machine multiple times before it actually got done. Really nice when at lunch and don’t have all day to eat.

Worst cici’s I’ve ever been to. Upon walking into the place it smelled funny, like old dirty mop water… that should’ve been my cue to leave but I really craved pizza so stayed. We got there at 7, the pizza out was old and dry, pasta look shriveled, just a horrible selection to choose from and it wasn’t even close to closing. Because I didn’t want the old ass pizza that’s clearly been sitting out for awhile I asked one of the employees if I could have a fresh ham and pineapple for my table. She shook her head no, I asked why not because every other cici’s I go to does this and she proceeded to pretend like she didn’t understand English and started speaking in Spanish and pointed at the pizzas already out. I said manager repeatedly and she kept speaking in Spanish then finally walked off so I just went back to the register and asked for a refund. The manager had an attitude that I asked for a refund. Customer service skills are Clearly missing at this location I will never return

Today I’m feeling generous. While the prices were affordable, the staff and food were not all that great. We walked in and waited to be acknowledged let alone helped. The place was empty so I’m not too sure why service was below mediocre. The food as well. It’s definitely just pizza. Nothing too special. I will admit that the place was spotless! So kudos to the busboy for keeping it clean.

It’s just pizza! Some of my co-workers wanted to hit the buffet.

Occasionally splurge on a pizza fest, this was not the one to do it at! A waste of calories ingested. This place was gross, like the other reviewer said, limited selection, all the pizzas tasted the same, were cold, the salad bar was lacking items like olives & jalapenos. Some CiCi’s are good, this one is not.

TERRIBLE!!! Only like 5 variety of pizza and they’re all cold and only about 2 or 3 slices left on each. Their salad bar is the worst ever. They have no olives, broccoli, onions, tomatoes, nor banana peppers. Their garlic sticks are stiff and their desert gets worse!

I love Cici’s. It holds really fond memories of eating myself silly with my high school friends. This location is clean, and has a friendly staff. We’ll go in maybe twice a year for a cheap promotion(as if a $ 4.99 dinner buffet isn’t cheap enough). Most recently it was $ 2.99 buffet for customer appreciation day! I mean, really, with tax that’s under $ 7 for 2 people to eat as much pizza, pasta, salad and dessert as they can. The best part of the buffet, is that you can order a specific pizza and they will bring the entire thing to your table, or if you don’t want the whole pizza, they’ll prepare it for the buffet for you and holler out when it’s ready. These pizzas aren’t gourmet or loaded with toppings, but they are different and interesting. My favorites: BBQ Pizza. Baked Potato Pizza Buffalo Chicken Pizza Spinach Pizza Bavarian cream dessert pizza(this is seriously a pizza topped with the stuff they put inside éclair donuts and some crunchy crumble. DROOOOOOOOOL) This location also has the game room, which is where Cici’s really makes all their money on those stupid grabber hand toy games. There is a fun little game that only costs 25 cents and you have to try and get a bouncy ball down a course. No matter what you get a ball, and our cats and dog love bouncy balls, so even my pets love Cici’s!

I’ve heard good things about how good Cici’s pizza is, and since I havent had a pizza in like a month, I thought I’d try Cici’s. So, first off, this place is a buffet, and I didn’t realize that. But I wanted a pizza to go, so when I asked the cashier about a to-go menu she must have been dropped on her head at birth because she said: okay 2 buffets. LOLWUT? No, I said, a to-go menu. She looked at me like I was crazy, and then she said«oh yeah, its on the wall — I forgot!». *rolls eyes*. But she was very nice and took my order for 1 medium(12″) Pepperoni Pizza. There’s really not a place to wait for to-go orders, so I stood near the buffet. The manager there(Omar) was calling out freshly baked pizza’s as they arrived on the buffet. Strange pizza combination’s like pasta on pizza, and bbq beef. Hey, its Texas, so bbq is everywhere! And when Omar saw me standing there waiting for my pizza, hey even offered me a glass so I could get something to drink — I said, no thanks, but I did appreciate the offer. So how is the pizza? Well, not too bad. I’ve had better, but the sauce is nice and thick, not watery like other places. It also has a nice bit of spice to it. The crust was just okay. Oh, and the cost? $ 5.32 with the tax! Now that I know its a buffet style pizzeria, I’ll go back and see how that goes because I sure saw some delicious looking pizza’s on that buffet!
