Cici’s Pizza

The service is the worst Ive seen. Me and my family have been sitting here waiting for atleast 30minutes and they can not refill the buffet line. It is completely empty.

It was a roach crawling on the glass above the pizza. Refund please! The manager was very apologetic and instantly gave the refund. Glad I hadn’t start eating yet.

You need more stuff and good shift leader because this two smoking and chilling outside while their crew are trying to clean and go home w their family. 12;10 am! Please owner and GM.

I’d give –0 stars if it were possible. This has to be the absolute worst customer service from Daisy, if that’s her name! She was rude, short and very argumentative. As a salon owner customers can sometimes be a bit much but I treat them with respect and listen. It’s not a hard job! I’ve been a customer of other locations over 10yrs now and often order appetizers for my clients from this location as of late. I definitely won’t waste my money here again. Very dissatisfied

No varity. Quality of food is below average. Don’t know what else to write. Out of words. :)

Literally the worst Cici’s I’ve ever been to since I was 5. And I’m not even exaggerating.
$ 5 buffet for pizza, pasta, soup, dessert. why wouldn’t I come here when I’m too lazy to cook? Well, I learned my lesson. Don’t be lazy. Just suck it up and cook the next time you want to come to this Cici’s. Maybe I’ve just been spoiled with the Sugar Land Cici’s location, but damn, this was so disappointing.
From the food to the staff to the cleanliness, terrible. The pizza was burnt. The staff was extremely rude. The tables were sticky. There was no dessert. Sad place. And I’m not that hard to please.

If you are not a Latino or Mexican don’t bother to come here. I’ve been waiting over 45 minutes for a pizza that I requested when I first came in. I’ve seen people come and go and yet I’m still here… waiting. People who requested pizza twice got their pizza twice before me. The same person who took my request took my request again and ok it will be right out without an apology. I’m definitely not coming back, unless I bring some of my Hispanic friends with me. I know it’s only 5.99, so I guess you get what you pay for. At least I got full off the less than great salad bar and watered down pink lemonade. And that’s not the kicker…
To top things off, I walk in the bathroom and there’s someone washing their foot in the sink. I say excuse me, and they give me a rude look like I’m intruding…
Great place if you speak Spanish, great place to wash your feet… Not so great for service and food…

Burnt pizza. I can smell the bathroom in the area where you eat. Very unpleasant. The staff was nice. That’s why I’m giving it two stars instead of one. Super disappointed. :(

Terrible is one word that could describe this place. I haven’t been to Cici’s pizza since I was in high school and now I know why I didn’t come back. The buffet will cost you $ 5.00 (plus tax) and you get a salad bar which has your typical salad items like lettuce, carrots, mushrooms, different dressing, etc…, a pasta bar with two types of sauces one was the red and other white (Alfredo) and pizza. There are about 5 different types of pizzas included pepperoni and cheese, cheese only, sausage with Alfredo sausage (which was weird), veggie, chicken BBQ and some other unmemorable ones. The pizza was edible.
The staff working looked really sad and tired. I guess I would be to if I had to serve this food every day. So if you’re looking for 5lbs of food for cheap this is your place.

I rarely write reviews but this one is a must. I’m usually not picky about restaurant locations or the «dirty windows», etc. While eating their cinnamon rolls, i pulled out a piece of hair from my mouth! I looked down at the cinnamon roll, & it was baked into the bread! I immediately gagged and asked for the supervisor. She threw the entire batch away and gave me three free coupons (which i will be using at a diff location). The lady thats back there cooking is not wearing any type of net whatsoever. She had all kinds of flyaways, it was ridiculous.

My high school had better pizza than this… And our school food was disgusting! My boyfriend and I saw the commercial on TV about the 5 dollar deal. Pay 5 for each and eat as much pizza as you want from the buffet… BIG MISTAKE! The pizza was so small and sad looking, it had no meat, the cheese tasted fake, it was horrible! I moved to the cinnamon buns hoping that would be okay, but no that was horrible too! My boyfriend and I will never, ever, ever be returning to a CiCis Pizza. It was a waste of our time and a waste of our money. Disgusting!

This place is a certified dump.
I usually go to the Cicis in Katy on Mason Road. That place is clean, well maintained and the staff is amazing… the opposite of this place.
Came in around rush hour. My first impression may have been skewed… I get grossed out by dirty windows/​doors… the windows looked like a crime scene with all the full hand prints on them!!!
So I came in and ordered 3 buffets and 3 drinks. The lady ran my boyfriends card three times because it kept «declining». He checked his account while we stood there and the card had gone through three times. I will write this off as a genuine mistake because she refunded 2 of the charges after we were firm with her.
Why didn’t I run then?
Went through the line and got a few slices… when I came back to the salad bar there was a roach walking around casually on the salad bar. I pointed it out to the person in the back who wasn’t alarmed. He just chased it down with a napkin and killed it. No apology … no nothing.
What a dump! I have been resisting the urge to make myself throw up since then!

Two different strands of hair on pizza and a puddle of pee on floor inside the urinal and I will not forget the fact that, instead of grooveshark or pandora. 99.1 was my tune to listen too in extremely high volume. Great bbq Hawaiian pizza! I will have ro ask for the hair on the side next time. My fiancé and I had a blast with the help of sailor jerry though. So three a stars!

Quantity is a quality all to itself… or so my husband says. However, Cici’s used to be so much better quality food. The last couple of times I have visited the low price hasn’t made up for how unsatisfying the meal has been.
The salad is just iceberg lettuce with a couple of vegetable toppings, the pasta is generally overcooked and the marinara sauce is watery. The pizza is lukewarm and tends to be undercooked,
The dessert pizzas are just sugar and bread. It’s a buffet I don’t expect much from buffets in general, but I do expect food to be a little more edible.

Lots of kids, not great pizza, go to Double Dave’s, it’s worth the higher cost.

Their currant promo is happy hour M-​Th from 2−4p adult buffet is $ 5 which includes a drink. You save about $ 3 !!
This time the buffet was well stocked.
Only down side is that the salad bar has gone downhill majorly.

Alright so listen up, I went here with my squadron to chow down on pizza, and to be honest it’s a buffet, my 80’sness (that’s right I occasionally create words) wasn’t expecting the best pizza in town, which is exactly what I got. The pizza is decent but you do have a good load of diversity here. I’m just a simple man, always have been so I really just go for the Pepperoni pizza, which there seem to be a mass shortage of… but it was pretty busy. All in all if you want to straight bust through your belt, this is a spot you should come to… FACT

PERFECT,… yea for a boyscout gathering. Do you ever need to feed a group of kids for a cheap price and they will definitely eat it without complaints. Then take them to my friend CICI, a heavenly paradise for kids eating pizzas galore. You know they love pizzas and their tiny belly will be stuff with joy. Happy kids with full stomach are good and less active kids. Plan ahead on thier activity but no need to plan when you come to CICI’S PIZZA.
~I would come back if i had kids and they ask me too!!!

Cici’s is basically Chuck E. Cheese without the play area. My experience highlights were: food on the floor, food and long-​uncollected dirty dishes on the tables, Cartoon Network on the tv’s, food on the seats, brown «from a bag» lettuce as a salad bar, still dirty plates in the stack of supposedly clean ones, and bad bad pizza. Tasteless, 95% bready crust and 5% toppings, glorified catsup for sauce. Oh, and screaming kids everywhere. Did I mention BAD pizza? Oh yes, I see I did…
It is indeed $ 5.50 for all you can eat, but if you like pizza, you shouldn’t be able to stomach much of it. I will say though that the staff of young kids running the place were very friendly. I’m giving the second star because I didn’t actually get sick.

Don’t come here. It’s every school lunch pizza you ever ate, served in the same cafeteria full of kids.

Great salad bar… excellent variety of pizza, and the staff keeps the selection going. even though we went at 9pm (not typical dinner time) it was packed! and rightfully so — this is so worth the bang for your buck.
Highlights of the meal include the garlic sticks (both with and without cheese), the mac and cheese pizza, the spinach /​garlic pizza, the veggie pizza and the good ol’ cheese pizza! The ultimate finisher? the ooeey gooey cinnamon bun type take apart thingies… oh my !
Did I kill my diet tonight and defeat the purpose of eating black bean corn salad for lunch? you bet… but am I remorseful? Not at all!
I’m not one to like chain store eateries. but this one is pretty darn good… do check it out!
