I was willing to pay for over priced Pizza for the Halal aspect, but every employee says something different on that and none of them match what the owner says. Employees need to be trained on what Halal is and which items are Halal(if they have Halal). So I now have doubts on whether it is Halal or not. It was good, but I wouldn’t care to go back.

Writing this review while still waiting for my pizza at home. Less than 5 minute drive and it’s been 1 hour snd 45 minutes. WAY overpriced but I knew that going into this. Who runs this freak show? Fuzzy needs to be shaved. One star and they are lucky to get that. 1 hour and 47 minutes now… Cold pizza I imagine. Was told that the charge for my dinner would be removed from my credit card, but 3 weeks later and still nothing. I called to question and promptly was screamed at by the angry accented guy that answers the phone. «WEDON’T GIVEREFUND! SOMETIMEPIZZATAKELONGTIME!!» Would have been in their best interest to keep me as customer seeing as they make probably 90% margin on their food. They would have been rolling in the«dough» with just one more order from me. Nice management team!

In a hilarious turn of events our relaxing, Christmas-decorating evening turned into Fuzzys delivering the wrong pizza and threatening to call the police on us. I tipped the driver but refused to pay nor wait another hour for the correct pizza. President George H.W. Bush and Barbara would be ashamed. Good pizza but not worth the poor service.

BADCUSTOMERSERVICEBYMANAGER/OWNER! Do not complain or the owner will YELL at you! They DONOT stand behind their product — replacement or refund! Food has gone down hill! SHOCKED at LACK of professionalism because we were unhappy! It seems if you you are not a Memorial customer, you do not have the right to dislike their food! Very very sad, this use to be a great place to eat years ago and they would go out of their way to ensure you were happy with the food and service. No longer the case.

Short Version: BADSERVICE! If you’re looking to be treated well and have fresh pizza, go to the original Fuzzy’s that is hidden off of I10 and do not order for delivery! Long Version: I love Fuzzy’s Pizza, so when my boyfriend and I called to order a pizza we were stoked! We called in and the woman told us our pizza would be at our apartment door in 35 minutes! Well an hour and a half later, still waiting on our pizza, we decide to give the lady a call. My boyfriend politely informed her and she was rude and inconsiderate. He asked to talk to the manager because at that point we decided it had become ridiculous and we wanted to either get a free pizza or just get our money back. She said the manager would be there in 30 mins so we just asked her to call him, see what could be done, then call us back. We ended up having to call her back, and the manager answered(which meant he wasn’t actually 30 minutes away) and told my boyfriend nothing could be done. I called back and asked very politely if anything could be reimbursed for us because of the horrible service. He said no! Horrible service, cold pizza, flat soda. Thanks Fuzzy’s!

Typical American Italian pizza, delicious oily cheesiness. The owner is great and their are lots of interesting photos on the wall of famous people.

This has to be the best pizza place I’ve ever been to. Their pizza is so good, I wouldn’t mind having it everyday honestly. Quality of the ingredients have exceeded my standards! This is not Papa John’s Quality pizza, you actually taste the sauce and the freshness of the food. Will definitely come here again, with more people!

I’m not sure why this place has such low reviews, but I loved it! I’ve always doubted this place because the idea of FUZZY pizza freaks me out, however I was convinced into trying it and it was the perfect pizza! The crust is on the thicker side if you’re into that sort of thing, and the cheese is reminds me of the pizza from A Goofy Movie. Loved it

Stopped in after the Texans game. Ordered the baked ziti noodles were overcooked, garlic bread was oozing butter. I was hoping for some authentic Italian. No so much. Oh well!

Almost as good as I remembered from 20 years ago. The pizza was great, the cheese sticks, baklava and the quality of the salad ingredients was good but the biggest disappointment was the salad dressing– yyyy-yuck! A Greek salad is not supposed to have a thick, starchy sweet dressing. Everything was good. I was happy that find they serve cold Jarritos Mandarin soda in the bottle! The salad dressing was gross but I liked everything else.

Eating right now and this pizza is terrible. I’d rather have literally any other pizza than this. Any

I accidentally wrote this review for the Bellaire location, oops! Here’s my review for the Westheimer Rd. Fuzzy’s Pizza! I just got home from Fuzzy’s and had to write a review. By far one of the better pizzas I’ve had in Houston! I came with a group of friends for dinner after shopping all day. We were very hungry ordered 3 large pizzas– one was half margarita with Alfredo sauce and half pepperoni, the other was half veggie and half spinach with tomato and goat cheese, and one was a gluten-free crust with spinach and chicken for our friend who has a gluten sensitivity. It was really hard not to have one slice of each. The slices them selves were huge. The pizzas were generously sauced and the dough was cooked to PERFECTION when it arrived. I’ve had my fair share of chewy pizza doughs and this was not it, guys. I was extremely impressed by the quality of the pizza. Especially the gluten-free! All 5 kinds were delicious and we each got some to take home since it turned out to be far too much food. This was my first time at Fuzzy’s and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The place itself is actually a sports café as well. There were a couple of TV’s playing sports games, tonight was basket ball. The place looks very 90’s and gave me a bit of a wave of nostalgia. The cooler with soda’s still has the early 90’s Dr. Pepper logo on it. I wasn’t sure whether to laugh or cry– I loved it. The owner was very sweet and brought us some homemade Arabic desserts. It was a home run! One of the most authentic pastries I’ve ever had. The food isn’t the cheapy kind. It’s roughly $ 22 for a 16″ pizza. But I found it to be well worth the pretty penny. Definitely coming back!

This is not the pizza you are looking for. First off, they are on a busy street with tons of other choices(even Pizza Hut would be an improvement). Now let’s move on to why I don’t recommend them(skip to bottom for a quick summary). I paid for a take out order of garlic bread and a Chicago Style pizza. It cost $ 21 for that. They charged me for marinara dipping sauce that was not included. The bread sticks had no taste save for a light amount of olive oil. And they were made with several different types of bland bread(one wheat and the others sourdough). I have had worse pizzas in my time, but none were as bland as this one. The crust was hard as a rock and flavorless. The texture of the pizza was good, and it was edible. But nothing better than that. The only positive is that the place appeared to be clean. Summary: Servers that forget to include what you pay for, Slow service, bland food, and high prices. Even chain pizza is better. EDIT: I forgot to add that they took 30 minutes to make the pizza.

Second time here and the pizza was bland again. I ordered 2 slices of spinach pizza and it had absolutely no flavor. There won’t be a third trip.

Delicious pizza, lots of variety, friendly staff. You can get pizza by the slice or as a whole. They also have a great list of desserts, which we have not tried just yet because we get so full off the delicious pizza!

Fuzzy’s Pizza is one of the better quality pizza places around. There’s just no doubt about that. Great pizza, salads, etc. they have pizza by the slice too, which is nice too. The problem is with the management. They seem tired and burned out. All these reviews seem to say the same thing. Don’t expect to get more than a bland ordering experience and certainly don’t expect anyone to care that much if you aren’t satisfied for some reason. I’ve had one bad experience with the new deep dish Chicago style. It was over cooked by an hour. The crust was hard as a rock. It could not even be cut. It was inedible. It was a delivery. When I complained, he agreed that they don’t get that one right sometimes. Huh? No remake. No refund. His advice, don’t order the Chicago style again. It was clear that his hands were tied as for his ability to rectify the problem. I do love the pizza, but I know this business is on the decline. No one cares anymore.

Really impressed! Very attentive staff and great pizza. Pizza sold by the slice is always made to order which is a huge plus for those late lunches. Enjoy !

Awful restaurant, they need to close this one down. Manager was sitting and conversing with a friend for 5 minutes while I waited at the register. Finally made eye contact with him and he slowly got up to take my order. The soft drink fountain is out yet they still gave me a drink cup for«water or tea», after I paid 3 $ for it. Terrible pizza. Ordered a double pepperoni, and they put about 4 pepperonis on the slice. Way too much seating, not enough customers. It was awkward how many tables were empty and the tv was blaring way too loudly. The manager did not seem to give a s%#t about anything. Don’t come here with high hopes, that is all.

I came in on a thursday night for a few slices but ended up ordering a 12″ pizza… half Fuzzy’s special and half margarita. I wanted to add broccoli as a topping onto the margarita half only but apparently you have to pay the price like you would for adding a topping to the entire pizza. Why cant they just charge half the topping price? After about 20 minutes the pizza came out. The restaurant wasn’t that busy but they seemed short staffed or something because I don’t ever remembering it taking that long for an 8 minute pizza. As far as the taste, the pizza was just okay and not nearly as good as some others around town I had had recently. I’ve been coming to this location every since they had opened but I think this location isn’t quite as good as the original Antoine location, because the service/quality seems to have gone downhill a little bit.

I really don’t get why people don’t like Fuzzy’s, unless it is that they order by the slice which ends up being inferior at any pizzeria. I have only ordered whole pizzas here, and except for the one time I ordered thin crust which I didn’t care for particularly, I love, love, LOVE their pizza. Get the regular crust. The sauce is tangy and flavorful, they use plenty of cheese and very good quality toppings. I’ve never had a problem with service or rude staff. I usually order extra sauce and no one ever gave me grief about it. I’m scratching my head trying to figure out how Cane’s Chicken Fingers could have 4 stars and Fuzzy’s only 2.5. Houston, you people are weird.
