Cinnabon

My sister in law and I were shopping in the mall today and we stopped at the Cinnabon, because I told her they were giving away free mini Cinnabon because of the Birthday Celebration. Well, since it was my birthday on September 20^th, I had a coupon for a free coffee. I went up to a guy named Sergeo, I think that’s how you spell it and I gave him my coupon, showed him my drivers silence and I asked him for the free Cinnabon and he told me uh uh you can only have one or the other, you can’t get two freebies. I said okay, and I told him I wanted my drink. My sister in law walked up and asked for the free Mini Cinnabon and then asked if she could purchase a regular Cinnabon, he told her no because you can’t purchase a Cinnabon and get a free one, she went to the cookie place instead. I wrote about my experience on the Let’s Cinnabrate! Facebook page and they are looking into what happened.

Worst cinnabon ever. just visited today and very dissatisfied with their service. No greeting and no explanation about any special or any menu items. Who ever is owners need to focus on staff development. Staff doesn’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate. Their cinnabon is delicious it’s only their service is poor. Need new management who can handle the customer flow.

Tried Cinnabon for the first time ever several weeks ago. This location in particular didn’t seem up to par but I ventured for it anyway.
The employees were just standing around, not really doing anything, including waiting on the few people in line. The counters were dirty and in disarray.
They happened to be putting a fresh tray of cinnamon rolls out as I stepped up so I asked for one of those with extra icing. It seemed like it was undercooked — perhaps they do that on purpose knowing it will be sitting in a heated display case for the next hour (s) but I definitely thought it could have used another 5 minutes in the oven. That being said, it was sweet and hot and cinnamon-​y and tasted pretty sinful.
After looking at the nutrition facts online, it’ll be awhile before I make another visit, special occasions only!

My Best Cinnamon roll in the world is Cinnabon. It is so sweet, but not in a bad way. I love this because it makes me feel so ful and delicious. When I go always I would like get some for my friends and family as well. If you never tried, you sould try one today!
