Comfort Suites Westchase

Used to stay here under my Choice Hotels discount, but now I work for Hilton. I don’t recall having any problems with this place! Security was on site. Lots of restaurants/​shopping centers nearby. Rooms were clean, hallways were quiet. Staff was kind/​helpful, they gave me late check-​outs. Parking wasn’t a disaster. Lobby was beautiful. What more could you ask for? During the time that I worked for Choice Hotels, Comfort Suites was one of my most preferred next to Clarion Suites. I liked the place.

Here is my review guide of hotel ratings, Keep in mind I stay in different hotels 3 – 5 times a week so Ive had my fair share of crap places to the extravagant.
*Front desk/​Check in– the front desk here great. Ive been here twice now and the asian guy that works up front has checked me in both times and was super nice. He goes over all the basic things with me but could tell I was tired so kept it short. In the afternoons, there were freshly baked cookies out!
*Room Cleanliness– The carpet is clean enough to walk on, the linens are fresh and clean. Bathroom towels are fluffy and clean. Bathtub was a bit dirty.
*Room Overall– My toilet made a loud noise for like 5 mins everytime i flushed. I like the lamps that have outlets on them and the one on my work desk did. There were plenty of outlets for me to plug in all my electronics. The other bonus is that they have many wifi hotspots to connect to depending on what part of the hotel you were at. This way, you always have strong connectivity and good speed.
*Checking out-​They do slide the receipts under the door which is always a bonus. What I did not like was they called me 10 mins before my check out to «remind» me to check out. I felt that was rude and rushing me. However, housekeeping did not disturb me all morning with my DND door hanger outside so I was able to get a good nights sleep.
