Amazing Cuban cuisine!!! Taste just like home cooking. My friend had the Paella (amazing and big. It serves about 3 to 4 people). I had the pork with black rice (lechón con congris y plátanos). I loved every bite.

DO NOT GO!!! I was in the vicinity today and stopped by this cool looking Cuban restaurant, but do not let the ambience fool you! I was in a rush so I ordered a Cuban sandwich to go… while hanging around the bar I notice the cook putting something into the microwave, I take a closer look and there it was; my Cuban sandwich spinning to its culinary death! I asked the cook why I am not getting a fresh one, he replies «that’s how we do it». In disbelief I turn around to look for a manager and there he was already on his way to save the day! But wait, as I explain him the situation im in as a customer to pay full price for a microwaved sandwich he then try’s to «educate» me that there is no way to make sandwiches fresh. They make them then wrap them up in Saran and fridge them! I demanded a fresh sandwich, so the manager reluctantly told the cook to make a fresh one. Great! I thought… the cook pulls out a fresh Cuban baguette and cuts into it, my mouth waters and I wait. Then to my surprise I hear the faint sounds of electronic beeping in the distance. There he was, the cook putting a freshly made sandwich in the microwave… AGAIN! The saddest thing was that the microwave was right next to the sandwich press which should have been used in the first place… what a disappointment. If this is how they treat their countries most famous dish I dot want to know how they cook the rest… Don’t waste your money.
