Cordua Catering

Cordially catering did a terrific job with our event. Once they arrived, everything was efficient, high quality, and friendly, from set up to breakdown. The team at cordua took great care of our guests!

Frankly, I don’t want to organize any other events without MJC Catering.
Marc Mann was a great partner in planning for my parents’ 50^th wedding anniversary part this past weekend. We booked the Amazon Room at Churrasco’s Westchase, and had heavy appetizers and carving stations for 75 people. The room is wonderful, warm and inviting, and can be closed off from the main restaurant if needed.
Marc will work with you on your menu, seating arrangements, and any additional bookings you might need for music, A/​V equipment, etc. We were able to work almost entirely by email, which is a lot easier for working out details before signing the final contract.
The food, as usual, was outstanding, and the service was even better. Our head waiter was attentive, thoughtful and professional throughout the event. There isn’t one thing I would change, and I would definitely use them for future bookings.
(I should note that I also held my sister’s bridal shower at Churrasco’s River Oaks, but this was before MJC Catering had spun off into its own business.)

I just wrote a review about Americas restaurant and I had to complement that review with comments on MJC events. This past Saturday November 14, 2009 we were invited to the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Awards Gala. MJC catered the event. Only 24 hours after we ate dinner at Americas we were again eating Cordua food at the Hobby Center. Guys, one thing is true, consistency, true consistency. Again those little attentions to detail, the food prep, the flavors, all were there just like the restaurant. And by the way cooking for two people versus 1400 invited guests is a huge endeavor. Also I must say that Micheal Cordua’s son visited our table and very nicely greeted us. Details people all those great details. Congratulations MJC for a spectacular event.
