Waited 20 mins for my breakfast. Never got it. Got my money back. After years of going there, I’m very disappointed with their service. Lately they have gone down in service. Mad because I love their breakfast. Not going there anymore.

Worst service ever. Ordered a croissant heated and they just put it in a bag. Also ordered a latte. Took 20 minutes. There are enough staff members for one for every customer but they move as slow as snails

I ordered a chicken apple sausage and got an egg, cheese and spinach version instead.
i drove all the way back to my office in downtown only to find out the order was made wrong.
The fruit cup for $ 1.00 extra was not worth it either, looks like old canned fruit, packaged in their paper cups and stored away in the fridge. You can tell it is not fresh fruit.
My order was placed at 7:25am and it didnt come out until 7:36 or 7:37am.
Emailed corporate and no replies. Next time, I will go to chic fila next door and have a better experience.

Firstly, I never write reviews, but I thought this place deserved one from me! I came here for a quick lunch and the food took a little longer than I expected. I was a little disappointed, but I asked for a to-​go box when the lady brought me my food. She was very nice and apologized that I did not have time to dine in anymore. She came back a few minutes later and asked if I would like a free dessert to take with me since I had to go. That little gesture definitely made my day that she cared about the customers! Definitely will recommend this location to all my friends!!!

Quick, fresh products, reasonably priced and 100 choices under 600 calories. How can you go wrong.
