I am 12 weeks since foot surgery, and after 8 weeks of PT, my doctor said my recovery and healing is «better than most». I owe my improved range of motion and strength to Tyler, Sue, and Dr. Roy at Crom — they are supportive and encouraging, and they are a great therapy team! The facility is clean and functional, and they make you feel very comfortable and really care about your progress, and explain things. Highly recommended!

I’ve had more than my fair share of physical therapy and I can honestly say the Crom Team are first class. They are thorough, listen and respond and are hands on. No sitting around waiting for something to happen. The facility is admittedly fairly new but is very clean and convenient. No driving to the medical center! Keep up the good work Crom!

Rarely do you get to work with a Physical Therapy team and feel like they are part of your family or long time friends. I am honored to have the opportunity to go through my clinical affiliation with Crom Rehabilitation. I would feel comfortable referring anyone to them. What a great therapy team!

Crom Rehabilitation is top notch in regards to expertise, care, & professionalism! I was referred by my physician for treatment of issues caused by osteoarthritis of the knee. Dr. Rivera and Sue prescribed and directed with innovative activities and always explained the benefits of each activity as I performed it. Each week I continuously experienced a decrease in pain and swelling and increases in strength and mobility. I am now enjoying activities that I never dreamed would be within reach again.

Fantastic place for physical therapy. Roy, Tyler, and Sue are amazing and they consider every aspect of your recovery. The environment is encouraging, and goal oriented. I’ve been going for about 4 weeks since my ACL repair, and have made great strides thanks to Crom.

I highly recommend Crōm to everyone. Though they are a new clinic, the staff is very experienced and VERY FRIENDLY. I have been going to them for my lower back issues. I have seen a lot of progress and they are constantly helping me drive for better results.

Everything here is the best ! Equipment is new. Everyone is so nice! They know what they are doing!!! They run on time. When you are having physical therapy, it is a plus when you can park right in front. I live near river oaks shopping center, it takes 8 minutes to get there.

Knowledgable staff, fun environment.

I highly recommend CROM Rehabilitation. It is brand new, small, and offers very skilled and personal service. It is owned and operated by Roy Rivera PhD. Yes, PhD! Roy really knows his stuff and will answer all of your questions in detail. I went for a simple broken foot (fifth metatarsal) that required surgery. Though I was healing properly, my podiatrist recommended Roy. Roy was terrific. He had me doing exercises I never dreamed of like picking up marbles with my toes, moving a towel across the floor, ultrasound, and many other exercises.
Roy gained his experience at Memorial Hermann where he performed hands on therapy. After many years there he decided to take the leap and open his own practice. This was my second experience with physiotherapy. My first was to help recover from rotator cuff surgery at a larger practice. Though good, I worked with many different therapists so consequently each had his or her own style. None were bad, but there were one or two I preferred. At CROM, you always get Roy — or his capable assistant.
And when you call or walk in you’ll be taken care of by the charming and very capable Mirella. Always dressed to the nines and wearing a big smile.
There are many physiotherapy practices in Houston. I recommend CROM because Roy knows everything there is to know, is very friendly, has time for you, and will explain everything — even if it is about another issue that may be troubling you. Get back on your feet with CROM. You will be very satisfied. Easy parking too — and centrally located.

I just finished my 6^th session, problems with S1-​L5. My core strength has improved dramatically and the sciatic pain is nearly gone! On top of that my posture has improved and at 47 I have the best abs of my life.
The facility is incredibly clean and professional. The entire staff is super friendly and genuinely care about your progress and recovery. You are not just another patient here. This is the second PT I’ve tried to address my back issues and avoid surgery. I’ve had more progress in 3 weeks here than I did in 2 ½ months with my previous PT.
