This is my favorite place to get donuts, kolaches, and breakfast tacos! Even with a few other places very close by my kids and I will always chose Crystals for my breakfast needs. Fast and yummy!

Crystals doughnuts is located off Louetta in the Vintage park area, a great peaceful and pleasant location. Decent pricing, top notch original glazed, and on point Chappell Hill sasuage kolaches make this place unique. 5⁄5 Also a great family owned environment.

I’ve been searching for an alternative to Shipley’s for some time, and I think I’ve found it! This donut shop has an excellent selection of breakfast food. I especially love their Cronuts — crispy on the outside but so moist in the inside! Also, the owners have provided great service and are really friendly.
I just wish they were still open a little bit later in afternoon. I love getting my breakfast fill here and look forward to coming back!

Love their boudin kolaches! All the rest of their food fare is just as tasty. It’s nice to have a independent doughnut/​pastry shop just down the street. Friendly staff, great doughnuts, and kolaches, give them a try, I know you’ll enjoy them.

Love coming here for cronuts! It’s a local shop just a stone throw away from Dunkin’ Donuts and Shipley’s. The selection I’ve sampled here has all been delicious, and the staff is friendly. I’ve been able to come in at 10am and still get yummy, flaky cronuts.

The owners were very nice, and the food was just as excellent. I really enjoyed the croissant donut (think crispy outside and moist inside). The Chappell Hill sausage and jalapeño kolache was great as well. Also, out of curiosity I tried the boudain kolache even though I am not normally a fan of boudain. It turned out that I enjoyed that as well especially due to the added spice and buttery bread.

This place has pretty fantastic kolaches and doughnuts.
I tried a small jalapeño cheese croissant kolache, a cronut, a strawberry iced doughnut with sprinkles, and doughnut holes.
The cronut is something I’ve heard raved about (in general, not here) and I wasn’t super enthused about it. It was just like a chewier glazed doughnut. I’d take a plain pillowy soft one over a cronut any day. The strawberry iced one had delicious icing and was definitely a winner. The croissant kolache was super delicious and I’d definitely get one next time. The doughnut holes were okay.
It’s a very small shop, but they definitely have a nice selection of doughnuts as well as kolache fillings. I’m so excited to have a non-Shipley’s option nearby. Can’t wait to go back!

Ordered kolaches with eggs, cheese and sausage. Received pigs in a blanket with no cheese or eggs; the kids wouldn’t eat them. Also ordered donuts; nothing special. Make two stops, buy Kolaches farther down the road and stop at a donut shop for donuts. No need to go back. How this is a 5 star is suspect to me.

Crystal Donuts is fantastic! We recently moved to the Spring area and I stopped in on my way to work one morning and was blown away by their selection of breakfast sandwiches. Croissants, kolaches, breakfast tacos… And of course the donuts they sell are delicious. I got a strawberry glazed, an order of donut holes, and a cronut to go and they were delicious. The service is fast and friendly. Definitely check this place out!
It’s especially baffling that Dunkin Donuts opened up a shop recently in the same block a few doors down from Crystal Donuts and the also-​great Drew’s Pastry Palace. I guess either someone at corporate HQ didn’t do their research or some schlub got cheated out of his franchise fee because if I want donuts Crystal’s is going to be my choice every time!

I first came to Texas and thought Shipley’s had the best kolaches and I was hesistant to try a mom and pop’s bakery. After reading the reviews, I figured I’d give this place a shot. Let me start off by saying, sweetest owners ever. Everything is clean and fresh. Went there for their kolaches and twisted cronuts. Delish! And the size, way better than Shipley’s. Definitely gained me as a loyal customer!

Very friendly, very affordable. I got breakfast for 5 adults for $ 20! The woman who was there even gave me 8 extra donut holes. So nice! And the donuts were undoubtedly very tasty!
Looking back, it was definitely worth passing up a handful of closer donut shops.

Lovely glazed donuts. Kolaches. Small, big, jalepeño, sausage, link sausage, chapel hill sausage, egg and potato, ridiculous options. Great flavor and the dough isn’t the heavy lead glue you get at kolache factory.
Family owned. Really nice people who make you feel like there’s still hope in the mom and pop business.

the chapel hill sausage kolache w/​jalapeño is the truth! I couldn’t stop talking about how good it was even after it was gone. i also ordered a half dozen glaze and they’re reminiscent of krispy kreme but this place deserves it’s own props. so glad this spot is on the same route I take to get to work. stop by you won’t regret it.

Needed a quick bite and I didn’t want Shipley’s. DI’d a quick Unilocal search and found this little gem called Crystal’s. I ordered a Chapel Hill sausage kolache and a twister. Thr kolache is the best I’ve had. And the twister was a great balance of flavors. It wasn’t even humongous, which helps make me not feel too guilty! I think I will be a regular!

The people who work here are super nice and there always seems quite a bit of in and out of customers.
My husband and I frequent this place once a week. I have tried the cinnamon twist and the cherry sprinkled donut. I always think I want a sprinkled donut because of its aesthetics but I think the cinnamon twists are better. My husband loves the apple fritters and kolache things.

One review? Wow. I came to this place for breakfast during my visit. First time having a kolache. Man was it delicious. It’s similar to like a Chinese baked bun (like a hot-​dog bun) but their bread is much fluffier. The first review of this place is pretty spot-​on. They of course also have doughnuts! Their donuts are like Krispy Kreme ones! Nice and fluffy, it’s just their glaze is different. But the doughy-​ness is spot on! Have you ever had donuts from Krispy Kreme? If so, you’ll know what I mean when you try them, if not, get their doughnuts. It’s nice and fluffy. Plus their service is absolutely wonderful, super nice people! You walk in and they welcome you with a big smile! Next time I’m in town I am definitely stopping by here!
