This review is specifically for the pharmacy. I went in yesterday to pick up some vitamins that my Dr. recommended. She recommended me to get a certain mg, but the units didnt match up on the vitamins I found. So I went to ask the pharmacist. He was very rude, he didnt bother to come from behind the counter and help me, he just pointed in the direction of the vitamins which I already knew the location of. Very rude, and needs a lesson in customer service. The I don’t have a problem with the other parts of the store, but when it comes to pharmacy i will definitely be sticking to Walgreens.

The store staff is great, the pharmacy however sucks. You’re lucky if they even greet you within five minutes, are very unknowledgeable and unhelpful, almost always rude, and rarely have the prescriptions ready when promised. They have twice the staff and half the rx orders of the CVS I worked at previously and still can’t manage basic service. Unacceptable both by cvs and customer standards.

Pharmacy service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Was sick while traveling. It was the closest place I could get to to pick up prescriptions. They acted like I was a disturbance to their existence, kept me waiting unnecessarily, and sent me to the back of the line after they asked me to step out of the line. I called 3 hours earlier and they said my scripts would ready in an hour. That’s when the terrible experience happened. Misty was the only one that was helpful. Judy, Crystal, and another guy behind the counter treated me so poorly I felt like crying. Avoid like the plague. P

The pharmacy service here is abysmal. They are always slow they almost never have your order ready when they claim that they will buy the website or text message or whatever other way you’re told if your prescription is ready. The only redeeming quality of this place is that it is literally around the corner from my house. You’re only visited due to location I assure you it has nothing to do with quality. The pharmacy staff need to revamp and stat!

I meant to update this long ago and forgot. I filed a complaint about this experience with CVS and was contact promptly by a regional manager(I think?) who asked me about the experience. She couldn’t have been any more professional and I really appreciate that. About a week later I received an apology from the pharmacist and a gift card for CVS. The gift card definitely wasn’t necessary, but I appreciated the gesture. Still, I haven’t switched back to CVS for my own prescriptions or those of my children yet. It’s just involves too much trust for me, so I can’t legitimately bump this up past two stars.

The pharmacy here is sloooow and the people who work behind the desk have a bad attitude. They would not sell me Claritin D because their«system was down.» I was clearly having an allergic reaction with watering eyes and runny nose, but they treated me like I was some sort of meth cook. This location is very close to my house, but I will make a short drive from now on to avoid this dump.

After my most recent experiences here, this place just made my never again list. First, they didn’t have all my prescriptions ready on my first visit(which they did not inform me or my doctor of) so I had to come back the next day. They also ran the RX without my insurance and were trying to charge me over $ 300. I asked the girl why it was so much even with my insurance and she looked me in the eye and told me I did not have insurance. Look chick, I just TOLD you I have insurance. So then they made me wait and had to go type in all of my information ASIF I am a new customer. I’m NOT a new customer to CVS or this location. I’m the duchess on Unilocal,so yeah, I’ve been here MULTIPLE times. After going around in circles a few more times, I get out of there 30 minutes later. The next day when I came in to get the RXs, I gave them a discount card my doctor gave me and yet again, they had to run this through some«system» again and made me get out of the 6-deep line I had just waited in for them to do their thing and then get back at the end of the still 6-deep line. 45 minutes later, I have my prescriptions and have made the decision to never come to this CVS again. I usually only like to give out names of particularly good employees, but, sorry pharm tech Lisa, you are slow and unsure and forgetful and need to crack a smile. Marcus(the pharmacist), Crystal or Baley do everything for you and you cannot even find a bag in an alphabetized bin without asking for help. Yes, I have been here so often I know these people’s names, so DONOT tell me you can’t find me in the system. You helped me 4 times within the course of 2 days and you acted like you didn’t remember me or the issues I was explaining to you. Every issue I had, you then had to ask someone else about and I then just ended up explaining to them because you could not communicate the problem effectively. Baley, Marcus, thank you for solving my problems, and please hire a replacement for Lisa as she is not ready to be dealing with customers.

I usually shop for makeup and sales. They constantly have good sales. I haven’t use the pharmacy so no comment on that. As far as the staff they always friendly and helpful. I also get my pictures from here and no problems so far. The store is not as bad but the clientele is a different story. bottom-line no issues.

Didn’t necessarily have a bad experience but the CVS here is an absolute dump. The store was so dirty I felt like I was at a local corner store as opposed to an actual CVS. Aside from that it’s just like any CVS goes for a quick in and out for a drink or what have you…
