Wow! Shocker! I went to DQ to get my usual fruity icecream treat. Got my order n drove off. I took it out to taste it on my drive home. The blizzard had little to no fruit in in. It tastes like plain vanilla icecream. Darn… So I turn around and ask them to remake it. The Manager on duty DEAN,(color blonde white guy) comes on the speaker and says NO, I MADEITRIGHTANDWILLNOTREMAKEIT! I then pulled to the window and he pushes his head out and repeats that he does not remake things that are made correctly. It was definitely not made correctly and I was not satisfied. So I asked for a refund. He said we dont give refunds. So I’m supposed to just keep a product I’m not happy with? This is america, what happened to customer service? I asked for the owner, he said he was at church(it wasn’t even a Sunday) and couldn’t be disturbed. Really? So I just drove off with this bland blizzard, that was now melted. I Definitely will not be giving this Dairy Queen anymore business.

Delicious blizzard cakes! Good job. I came here to get a birthday cake. Ive never had a cake from D. Q but Ive always heard great things. I was in and out… They had cakes pre-made…which was great… but, if you want something special you will need to contact them in advance. Anyway, the service was great. The man at the front counter was helpful and friendly. I bought my cake, then I bought an ice cream cone… those things are delicious. So the birthday cake was FANTASTIC… my bf loved it… I cant wait until another birthday just so I can get one of their delicious cakes. Thank you D. Q!

This is your basic DQ. I don’t eat anything here but ice cream, so my review is based solely on that any the service. This location isn’t generally on board with the friendly service you’ll find in small towns. These people are straight and to the point, but you get your ice cream pretty quickly, and that’s all that really matters, right? Blizzards are good, service is quick, there is never really too much of a line. Plus it is the one of the only few DQ’s close to Houston proper.
