I was recently contacted by a Datavox rep(Mollie Dobersek) who told me that Datavox was having an open house to showcase their offerings. This was perfect timing as my company had been delaying an A/V install/upgrade for a while but hadn’t had the time to sit down and figure it out. Visiting the Datavox campus pretty much sold me. I was so impressed with their building that I felt comfortable letting them make the decisions for us so that we could finally pull the trigger. And wow, are we glad that we had Datavox take the lead! The prices were spot-on, the service was incredible and the install team was quick and efficient. I’m not sure why anyone would go to Best Buy to have a 16 year-old kid doing your install when all it takes is one phone call to Datavox to have a swarm of smart folks evaluating your every need. Not only did they handle the install we requested, but our rep also gave us a quick rundown on specific issues that might crop up for our business as we grow(and of course, how they can help us fix them). Next time, our Datavox rep will be the first call I make — great people and great work.
