AVOID THIS PLACE
I was excited about the prospect of being a patient at DeLoache Chiropractic Center. It’s in a convenient location, Rhonda DeLoache attended the same chiro college as my last two chiropractors (both amazing) and, according to my health network’s website, DeLoache Chiropractic Center accepts my discount card. It seemed like it would be a perfect fit.
Unfortunately, it did not work out at all. Rhonda DeLoache may be a decent chiropractor but I’ll never know, I never made it past the zombie at the front desk.
I left DeLoache Chiropractic Center within 5 minutes after arriving for my first appointment. The dark, dirty looking waiting room and incompetent, apathetic receptionist left a bad taste in my mouth.
The receptionist, or any employee greeting clients and answering the phones, is so important to a business and Deloache’s receptionist makes a terrible first impression. She created a misunderstanding revolving around my health network’s discount card and made no attempt to resolve it until I pushed her into calling my health network, and then she acted more concerned about being «in the right» than trying to retain me as a patient. Who needs that?
She lacks all the traits essential in a good receptionist, She has poor communication skills, practically no bedside manner and an apathetic demeanor. I question the judgement of anyone who would hire her to be the face of their business.
I’ll deal with my back pain for another 5 days and find a CLEAN, professional and friendly clinic for my adjustments — basically everything DeLoache Chiropractic Center is not.
