They have horrible service!!! They didn’t even seat us for over 10 minutes. We ended up having to get our own menus and when they finally seated us, they are over crowded and under staffed, the waitress was doing the best she could but their was only 2 servers with a full restaurant. We told the manager and you could tell he was the root of the problem, he just looked at us when we complained and he WALKEDAWAY. Overall they need a new manager he has no idea what he is doing!

Wait staff were Friendly, but service was slow, really slow. Coffee was strong food was ok. Over all the wait staff here are just to slow. They tend to forget about you. No clue… Friendly tho! Not coming here again.

Service was great! Evangeline was so nice to me. The food was just okay and I think overpriced. $ 8.99 for a plate of spaghetti and meatballs is a little much I think. I went ahead and ordered just so I did not have to go somewhere else. Overall a good experience but nothing memorable that work turn me into a repeat customer. FYI, that is how you build a successful business is converting first timers into repeat customers. All except the funeral home business anyways.

Came in at 6:00am. There were only 4 customers and all of them appeared done eating. I stood at the counter waiting to be seated and the two female employees standing directly behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me because they were«off». So I had to seat myself. Didn’t see a waiter til 15 minutes later. Food was ok.

Service was awesome and so was the food. I was attended by a lady named Liz and her service is very good.

Bad service waited 20 Min to order, and 20 more minutes to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered. Avoid, unless you have a hour or two to order and eat.

It took longer than supposed to to place order. then seemed to take even longer to cook. although there were crispy crumbs from the grill in my food it was good for the price and how late it was. staff seemed shorthanded but nice.

The biscuits & gravy were served cold but they made good on it rt away. The server only checked on us 2 times & we had to waive her down an additional 2 times. That doesn’t happen at IHOP. The the rest of the 3 plates of breakfast food were great. The new renovations looked great. 6 months ago the place looked like a dump & my coffee cup had lipstick on it & this dude don’t wear lipstick! I swore I’d never come back. Much improved Denny’s. Good job.

Now I do not want anyone thinking I frequent this type food place, but my copilot pal was familiar here and was his choice. I would NEVER go here myself. The breakfast food items were actually quite good. I had a Philly skillet which was really good. Friend had pancakes, sausage, eggs. The pancakes were beauties, and I did have one bite of. Was actually real good also. Busy place here, by the Hobby Airport. Real good service also.

Our very first visit was awesome, biscuits and gravey were perfect, coffee was great, and the servers we all very attentive. But since than I have yet to have a good experience there. I don’t know why I keep giving this location a chance, thinking about my Denny’s back home. If it isn’t a waiter who looks like he is under the influence of cocaine, or the fact that we usually have to wait to be sorted and have been forgotten about while waiting for a table to be cleaned. Don’t plan on gojng there after ten o’clock. The staff are all horrible. Not to mention the condition of the kitchen. You’ll get raw hash browns too.

Giving this a one star only because of the hard working waitress. She was the only server there on thanksgiving and poor thing was working her butt off we never got seated because she was working her tail off no one was helping her we waited over 30 mins to get a seat we just left about 3 others did as well. Yall need to hire more ppl if your gonna be open on a day then my fiancé used the bathroom and saw a roach I am glad we didn’t eat there

The food is inevitably good… Been eating here for years. The burgers are incredible and so are the appetizer nachos. Good diner food. The brownie ala mode is great for dessert and the cappucino great for a cold night. Why the 1 star? Well, recently I went in and there was a roach by the bathroom. Not just any roach, a huge flying roach. Freaked me OUT.

In Houston for a few days in from Chicago area. I’ve never dined at a Denny’s. When traveling I tend to rest first and eat last which usually means searching for a meal very late. I’m eating the Bourbon chicken skillet dish and it’s a winner. I’m a very picky eater so 5 stars for this delicious dish and for D’s being open late to accommodate. They also have security. Update: service on Sunday night needs improvement. Wanted to place an order for carryout but couldn’t get a menu and no one to take my order. I had to get my own menu from behind the counter. After waiting and asking to place an order and getting dissed, I drove to Wendy’s instead.

Rattled by the fact I needed to find my own breakfast instead of eating at the Four Points by Sheraton down the road(takes 30+ minutes to get breakfast), I stopped into the first restaurant I saw. Corporate restaurants are not my preferred choice, but being unfamiliar with the area, I didn’t know what other sit-down restaurants were available. At least Denny’s has free Wifi. The food for the price was okay. I ordered the meat lover’s trio. I was amazed at the big piece of sausage on the plate! When they said sausage on the menu, they mean it! The trio only cost $ 8. Add an orange juice, tax, and tip, and I think my meal was $ 12. I give two stars because of the service. I ordered my food, and it took a while. I saw other people’s meals arrive before me, even though they ordered after me. When it came time to check out at the cash register, I stood there for over five minutes. While that doesn’t seem like a lot of time, it’s a lot when you need to get on the road. It’s also annoying when someone feels organizing coffee mugs is more important than checking someone out. I nearly wanted to walk out of the door!

Service is no good. The restaurant looks renovated but is kind of dirty. When I sat down, at least two different drug addicts tried to enter. The manager rushed them out of the establishment but did not make me feel safe.

Food is decent. Customer service heinous. We say ourselves and cleaned our own table. The waitresses were just standing around not trying to help. Than one smaller lady was snapping at all of them to help. Management could use a boost. Lacking in just about every department. Denny’s is def going downhill.

It might not be the healthiest food, but if you are going to a fast food place anyway, then I recommend Denny’s. The service has always been great(have been three times now), the food was delicious(and cheap) and the overall experience of the restaurant was what I was hoping for – a typical American diner that would hopefully be clean. I would definitely go Denny’s again without hesitation. Here are some reasons why I enjoyed it: — cheap(can get a good feed for less than $ 10) — very tasty food* — great service — free wifi — fast service — open 24 hours * so far I have only tried the pancakes, lumberjack slam, bourbon bacon burger, sunny-side-up eggs with sausage links and their coffee.

I decided to try something from the new $ 2 $ 4 $ 6 $ 8 menu. I almost went with the Lemon Pepper Chicken($ 8), but for the same price I decided to get two of the $ 4 items(Buffalo Chicken Wraps and All You Can Eat Pancakes). The Buffalo Chicken Wraps(2) were covered in warm corn chips and served with a VERY tasty mild salsa. The salsa would have to be the most flavourful I’ve ever had. This meal would fill up most people for sure. Because I went on an empty stomach I also got the All You Can Eat Pancakes. They were fluffy and came with whipped butter and maple syrup. They aren’t the best pancakes I’ve ever had, but they were still tasty! I recommend to get some ice cream and/or whipped cream with them. This Denny’s restaurant was quite new(renovated?) on the inside. A very nice experience overall.
