Denny’s

Food is good, just basic breakfast and burgers, but the service is really slow. Took the waiter 15 mins to walk 10 feet and get the bill, food took 25 mins to come out. It’s not a good place if your in a hury!

Four stars just for the music. «Baby, I’m Yours» came on just after the manager came over and said, «Everything alright over here, m’lady?» Yes, dang. Even if this is the meanest fork I’ve ever had the displeasure of using in my life, and I will never understand how someone whose supposed job is «cook» can simultaneously burn and undercook hashbrowns but then nail the bacon and get the eggs pretty darn good. But the memory of the waitress singing along to «How Deep Is Your Love?» is still fresh in my mind as I sip my orange herbal tea: this is an insomnia-​induced 5am diner visit, so herbal tea over coffee today. Though, I was impressed they offer mild and bold coffee now. And they have the calorie counts on the menu too, which meant there was no way I could get my go to, Moons Over My Hammy and opted for a custom Grand Slam, which looks like diet food compared to MOMH.

Ordered takeout, got the new green skillet for breakfast, it was fantastic. The food was ready when I got there and was still warm when I got home.

Went here last night at 10:10. I wasn’t feeling well and ordered some chicken soup. There is no soup after 10. We asked the waitress to ask the Manager. He said, no. We asked to speak to the manager, he said no (we were told). I said, let him know I won’t eat. He never came. My friend decided she wasn’t eating either. We got up and saw the manager. She told him our issue and he said I didn’t know you wanted me, I know you wanted chicken soup.
Couldn’t he have come to our table? Or tried to keep a customer?
Won’t eat here again

Just had a terrible experience there. ¹⁰⁄₂₉ at 12:00 am. Ordered 2 eggs over easy, a side of sausage & a biscuit. Eggs completely hard and yoke broken, didn’t get the sausage & asked two times for butter for the hard dry biscuit, never got it. While the waiter was friendly neither him or the manger appeared to any service experience at all. Had to locate my own silverware & now my blood sugar has spiked over 300 because I was served a regular drink instead of a diet one. Hey guys there was more than one customer in your restaurant tonight guess if your not a pastor you don’t get good service. Heading to McDonalds to get something to eat!

I came here for the nachos. I Went ordered the nachos. DELICIOUS BUT.. They just put a little Bach sauce and stale chips. The service was good fast and the food came out in about 12 minutes. The food was good but overall it is not the best of the Dennys Franchise.

Came here last night and I guess they were short staffed because the wait was longer than usual. We weren’t that hungry so we ordered cheese fries, quesadilla, nachos and drinks. The food was typical Denny’s food nothing to get excited about but it was eatable. Are total was $ 20 which wasn’t bad so overall it was just an ok experience I think I’ll choose a different location next time because the service here is very slow

Deserves less than 1 star. Late lunch, not crowded, servers ignored us… but it gets worse… my friend ordered pancakes and asked for sugar free syrup (for diabetics)
The server brought an unmarked bottle of syrup to the table for her. After trying to find a server (all in kitchen) to double check about syrup, she tried it. Several minutes later flagged down someone who told us that syrup was not sugar free. THAT WAS DANGEROUS AND SLOPPY WORK AND COULD HAVE CAUSED A SERIOUS REACTION TO HER WELL BEING. For rest of meal no one else checked on us. Food itself was standard Dennys quality. F

Been to several Denny’s around the area and the service was good during the morning shift at this location. My friends and I recently stopped by after a long night out around 3am and service was not satisfactory at all. The staff was super nice but we waited for an hour for water and our waitress didn’t ask the specifics for our order (how we like our eggs and meat substitutions). When the order came out, it was completely wrong. They gave me both bacon and sausage when I just asked for sausage, the peanut butter cup pancakes only had peanut butter on them and no hot fudge, the pancakes were hard as a rock. Then my friend decided to order the Oreo cookie ice cream and even that came out a little melted on the bottom. When we went to the front desk to ask for a refill of water, the waitress apologized and said it was a busy night. I then looked around and saw only about 5 tables full and plenty of waiters to accommodate that. I left a 3 dollar tip which I thought was excessive for a less than poor service. I will not be coming to this location again!!!

Denny’s food is denny’s food. the chicken strips werent spicy. unless it already was and it just wasnt enough. nachos were good

The app makes you give at least one star. I wish I could have rated it negative 3 stars. My son and I stopped here on our way out of town around 2:30 pm.
No one greeted us when we entered. The «host» finally acknowledged our presence enough to gesture in the general direction of the dining room, as if to say «seat yourselves», never actually saying a word.
The wait staff was semi friendly, but they were very loud and joking with each other, almost as much as they were complaining about the crowd from the night before and the expected short staffing for the following night. At least two of them had phones in their pockets with earbuds in and the cord hanging all over them.
My son ordered the peanut butter cup pancake breakfast, only to be told they no longer served it, despite it being labeled «new» on the menu.
Instead he was offered the pancakes with just the chocolate syrup. They came out soaked in watery chocolate syrup and it looked more like s couple of mud pies.
My chicken sandwich was falling off the bun, the fries were cold and the tea tasted like it was full of grounds.
Our waitress was very nice and provided decent service, that’s about the only good thing I can say about the place.

I’ve eaten at several Denny’s and this one is a little below average. The food was average, the service was above average and the environment below average. My club sandwich was okay, her breakfast was classic Denny’s and the server was pleasant and attentive enough. It was probably the loudest Denny’s I’ve been in – I couldn’t be sure who was shouting, but I think it was the waitresses like in an old fashioned diner — «A MEXICAN OMELET FRED» (yes I know it’s a diner). If you like this feel you’ll be right at home. It isn’t my cup of tea. Finally, the parking was terrible at 11am when we were there.
Oh, well. It was an emergency location for us after two other locations weren’t accessible. We won’t be back.

We’ve Eaten Out Every Meal for 25 years

I understand under new management there’s a learning curve. The Turkey Dinner was by far the worse. The gentleman who was kind didn’t have a clue. Still took my money with a smile… :-(
This was the 3^rd time in a row the meals were unsatisfactory… check please

My son & I have stopped by this location for breakfast several times. We typically get the same thing (grand slam & kids pancakes). The food is always just ok & service is alright except this last time. Both my sons oj & my coffee were only refilled once & we stayed for over an hour before going to visit our friend at the va hospital.

The food was A-​OK and the service A-​OK. That is all.

Ate here after The Digital Run. Waiter was nice enough. I was sad that my omelette had mushrooms in it, but I probably didn’t read the description well enough. All I saw was BACONALIA! Haha! I’m still more of an IHOP fan, but my food was good.

Arrived midday for a free birthday grand slam. Pancakes were good and the customer service was fantastic!
I can agree with the other reviews, the parking lot is very small and it is located in a ghetto-​ish part of town.

This location is HOOD! But in a fun way. The waiters/​waitresses are used to dealing with drunkards and craziness, so if you’re not as bad, you are getting top notch service. All I gotta say is this place was literally like an after hours club. I got some booty smacking free of charge too.

This Denny’s has a Z shaped, cramped parking lot with only one way in and out and that is the 610 feeder road. The staff and the food are good!

Once upon a midnight dreary, while I studied, weak and weary

I went to the kitchen, almost stumbling, suddenly there came a mumbling,

And then I went to Denny’s and the service sucked almost as bad as the food did. AND IT WAS WORSE THAN A KITTEN DYING OF AIDS. The end.
I mean seriously people. Taking 25 minutes to bring out three pancakes when there’s only like six other people in the restaurant? Bad. Forgetting to bring out silverware at the start of the night and making you wait for ten minutes after the pancakes come out to eat them with a fork? Really bad. Getting refused a second refill on your drink because the server made you write down your tip amount before she’d cash you out and didn’t like it (even if it was like 20% on a seven dollar tab)? Really, really bad. Even by Denny’s standards, it was terrible.
