I’m a trucker and have gotten food to go and it was great so burgers here are good TOGO. The service was way sub par the place was practically empty and the servers where running around like it was packed. Finally I get my t-bone steak and shrimp without the shrimp she said it’s coming that just tells me that the cook does not know what he’s doing. I asked for steak sauce and she said ok and then just walked away and didn’t come back. About the steak is was not good. I don’t recommend it. The morning shift was good breakfast was good I have to admit.

I had a great T-bone steak for dinner. Super quick service and friendly staff. The grilled veggies are AMAZING! I recommend this Denny’s to anyone!

We had a 20 minute wait even though there were 6 empty clean tables. The waitress asked us several times what we were ordering. She kept bringing syrups, but no food. We waited forever for our food. This place has terrible service! As we left there were about 20 people waiting to be seated, but there were numerous empty tables. Ridiculous

Has been years since I ate at a Denny’s and only remember unusual or negative experiences. This time it was quite excellent. Making this more remarkable is I came at 4 am. My server Tony was very nice and very aware of any possible needs while never being overbearing. Food came out hot and fresh and very well prepared. This was a very positive experience.

Not impressed. Clean, food is uniform with Denny’s as a chain establishment but overall, not blown away. Server was Anthony and he seemed to want to be anywhere but here. Not the warm service you expect of diner type restaurants. Burger was way to greasy, had to remove the bottom bun(what was left of it) altogether. Maybe it’s because it’s attached to a truck stop but it was definitely different from previous experiences.

I came to Denny’s because I haven’t been to one in such a long time. Barbara served me, she was super sweet and my drink never went empty!

Three stars for food quality, service, and cleanliness but short of a star or two because of the constant irritating«ding» from the entry way alarm and the manager’s failure to say«thank you.» The service was quick and the waitress(Pamela) polite but I did catch the disapproving glance due to my bringing in my own cup of coffee. My order came out relatively quickly. The food was good and the plate and utensils were clean, as was my booth. There was plenty of wait staff and a couple of management personnel who helped clear tables and seat customers. I did find myself looking for something negative or out of place because there wasn’t anything that was obviously bad. Overall it was a nice place with good food and good service. An additional star would have been given if the manager who took my payment would have said those two simple magical words, «thank you.» However, there was a constant«ding» due to an entry alarm. It was akin to being in a casino or a mall retail store during the Christmas shopping rush. I counted a hostess, two management personnel, and six waitstaff. There was plenty of staff to be able to greet and seat customers without the nuisance of the entry alarm. To make matters worse, when there were customers waiting to pay their tab, the alarm was constant until this area cleared. If I would have been seated near the entry and subject to this noise at a louder level I would have left.

Ok. I don’t think I’ve been to a Denny’s location that was as bad as this one. The service was slower than 2 tortises tryin to get it on!!! Granted it was Saturday at 11am, but the place wasn’t completely packed to capacity. Our server was just moving like he really didn’t want to be there & was just gonna take his time. Meanwhile a lady almost 3x’s his age was handling her section like no tomorrow. IDK if it was his 1st weekend shift or what, but I should have to wait almost 15 mintues for the 1st cup of coffee. The food was fine, but the service was absolutely ridiculous. If you can go somewhere else. For this location to be connected to a major truck stop, you figure they’d be used to big rush, Saturday morning crowds.

The fam stopped into this restaurant on July 4th weekend and we wish we had gone elsewhere. When we walked in there was a wait despite nobody else waiting since nobody was at the register. Every table in the restaurant was covered in filthy dishes and food and crumbs were littered on the floor. Employees were slovenly and the morale among the staff was dismal. The waitress finally came over and said she was going to clean all the tables eventually but she was there alone so she would get to it when she had time. We were underwhelmed but starving so we stayed. No tables were cleaned during our visit. We were sat at a booth and she didn’t ask if we needed any type of seat for our baby. My husband had to ask for a high chair which was filthy and the straps were broken. We only sat her in it long enough for us to eat. Our waitress kept putting hot food down on the table in front of the baby! We got our food before our drinks and the drink order was screwed up. The food was disgusting w/hot and cold spots. No manager ever appeared to ask if it was okay and our waitress just seemed pissed because we were there. I took a photo of the information for the complaint line and the waitress went ballistic and ran off the in back w/our credit card! She said why didn’t you give me a tip? I said are you kidding me? You know why but since you asked let me tell you in detail. I mentioned all the problems and added that manners also matter and it’s wrong to ask why you didn’t get a tip. I always tip and tip very well when I get good service. I did my time waiting tables so I expect someone to do their job and doing it well is the ideal. People refuse to provide customer service and wonder why they keep losing customers. It ain’t rocket science.
