Domino’s Pizza

Always prepared in a timely manner, no wait when picking up, good week day deals, and order has always been correct.

I think the delivery driver had to slam on his breaks! Also, Pizza was under cooked. I’ve ordered many times here and I believe this is an isolated incident

This place is horrible I will never go to this place or any other dominos again. I ordered a pizza and some breadsticks. They gave me cinnamon sticks instead of the breadsticks and the pizza was wrong. I mean how hard is it it read something and make a pizza??? only good thing that came out from this was I got free food. Still does not make up for this major inconvenience. Also they did not have any change for the customer in front of me paying cash.

Oh my goodness. I just witnessed the guy who tosses pizza come to handle money for a customer touch $ 20 And give back CHANGE. CASH. And go back to tossing pizza and making a capresse pizza. YUCK! He did not wash his hands!!!

Our pizzas are always delicious and made just the way we ordered them. Great job Domino’s

Luke Luke Luke! At 1pm I called to place an order and Luke answered the phone and asked how he could help me today (good start) I asked what specials they had and he replied with can you hold for a second to which 8 replied, sure no problem. After being on hold for 13 minutes I decided to drive over and see why I was on hold so long (it’s only a couple minutes from my work) when I pulled up there was not a single customer inside, also no one was on the phone. For sh%\s and giggles I waited out front for a couple mins just to see how long Customer Service Guru Luke would leave me on hold (17 minutes). Luke waddled up to the front and picked the phone up and said thank you for calling dominoes how can I help you.
Now I could see right away that Luke had no soul (ginger) but I don’t think this is any reason for the hold time. I could have appreciated if he had told me up front that he was suffering from explosive diarrhea or that he needed to rub one out and he could not help me, but he decided to leave me on hold. Not cool.

Always great pizza and at a great price. I love the online ordering. A+++++

I have ordered from this location twice. After my first experience: I was quite convinced I wouldn’t order from here again. At the moment I would have demanded negative stars.
Experience 1:
I ordered pasta bowls, and sandwiches. Oh and what was my absolute FAVOURITE: parmesan bites. My food was greasy, and lacked flavour. I couldn’t even eat it. I threw most of it away. Ugh. My driver was mega rude. Definitely not the Domino’s experience I am used to.
Experience 2:
That specialty chicken stuff is incredible. New favourite item has been located. My only complaint probably won’t seem serious to anyone else. But, it’s serious business when it comes to my personal pizza consumption. I asked for thin crust pizza. In California this means thin crust and normal slices; whereas the Brooklyn is thin crust and funky squares. I got funky squares. No Bueno. I never want funk square slices. Never. In fact, I prefer giant slices.
Summary:
Everything I know from ordering in California is irrelevant. I will give them a third go, and update.

Have ordered from this location several times, and every time has been great. Never gotten an order wrong and always on time! Yesterday, we ordered 2 medium pizzas, Parmesan bread bites, and a Coke, and we got a free medium pizza! The delivery guy said they accidentally made an extra pizza, so they gave it to us! Awesome!

I ordered a large, thin crust, bbq chicken pizza today. It was at my doorstep in under 20 minutes.
It was fresh and crispy, just the way a thin crust should be. The bbq was sweet and the chicken /​provolone added the saltiness as a good contrast.
They should offer a whole wheat crust for customers looking for a lighter option.
