Horrible lasagna could not get past 2nd bite. Looks and tastes like it has been sitting in the freezer way too long… Never again. Count the days this place stays a float

I have noticed improvements with the food at Napoli, and even though the pizza can get expensive depending on toppings, it has become one of my favorite pizzas. I have become a regular and often join friends for a weekend lunch. Wait staff is great!

Fresh, fast and delicious food! I’ve dined in and ordered take out(Eat24) from here several times. No matter my selection, it’s always been amazing. The only thing I haven’t tried is the alfredo sauce. Their marinara is really good and their antipasto salad is the best! Give them a try & if you understand this is a fast food joint not fine dining, you will be pleasantly surprised. When reading the poor reviews, take into consideration that a lot of people will leave comments about a negative experience and forget to tell you about good ones. See for yourself.

Probably the best Italian food around! I have tried almost every pasta dish & a couple pizzas. This place has been a go-to for lunch for a couple years.

I’ve seen the other reviews and was skeptical about this place, but i think I ordered a plate they know to make well. I tried the Lobster Ravioli in Vodka sauce, it met my expectations and was satisfying. The salad however, was watery, i guess they forgot to spin it after washing it. No biggie though, I did eat most of it, i just noticed that the bottom of the salad plate was watery.

I ordered delivery today. This is, hands down, the freshest meal I have had from an Italian restaurant — let alone delivery — in a very long time. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I am not sure what happened to one of my favorite restaurants… they made the sitting area super uncomfortable, super nice waitresses no longer there, food seems more expensive. The other day I went in for lunch a had to leave as I tried to order and the new waitresses did it understand what«peas» were after 10 min another person returned to ask me again what requested so at this time since I did not face my drink and the order was not placed yet I decided I did not want to wait. They are not familiar with the menu and not even with basic ingredients. I even started to google it and stopped its ok I was hungry and did not want to spend the other half of my lunch explaining. Management needs to review the new changes and make it more accommodating to their customers!

ODB Old dirty blah describes this place. There is a cruddy element on the table ware. I bet you will find mice droppings and roaches in the kitchen. This place need an extreme make over. Just picking up the salt shaker I felt I need hand sanitizer due to the crud all over it. The décor is 30 years old and worn out. I am one and done here. Department of Health needs to fine them and shut them down. This is like one of those bad restaurants you see on Food Network that get made over. Don’t waste your money here.

We did a cooking class from Papa Zack at this location and had sooo much fun! Got to sit in the kitchen and see how everything is done. Super informative and delicious food! Everything was flavorful and fresh! Will definitely be coming back for lunch or dinner.

We did a cooking class here and had a blast! Laughing all the way through it and enjoyed the food! Amazed at how easy some of the recipes are and how many things you can do with garlic!!! Holy smokes! Thanks Papa Zach for having a great personality and making the class so much fun! My wife and I enjoyed it and will do it again in the future!

Underwhelming. The ambiance is nothing like pictured, though there were signs indicating that renovation is in progress, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt on that. The food was incredibly bland though. From the rolls with olive oil dipping sauce, to the salads(I had a Greek salad, my husband the dinner salad), to the entrees(I had lobster ravioli with vodka sauce, my husband had linguine pescatore), everything was under seasoned and tasted as though it was either from a bag, can, or freezer. On a positive note, our server was very nice. When it was all said and done, we felt we should’ve saved our $ 50 and made an Italian dinner at home. Wouldn’t recommend and will not be going back.

Traditional italian food served at the cozy restaurant that has a family character but is suitable for a casual date at the same time. After remodeling is very vibrant so you can enjoy your meal in great surroundings with friendly service. Tasty food and I guess the best on HWY6!

Hi Napoli. This place barely got my order because I never knew they existed or even delivered! So, I checked out the reviews and majority weren’t good. Yikes. But decided to try it out and make my own assumption. I initially ordered online but before I confirmed I wanted to see how long delivery was. I called and the nice lady told me 45 – 1 hour. Pretty normal in the area. So I told her instead of me ordering online, I’ll just go ahead and place my order with her. She quoted me a different price than what was listed online. I made her aware of this and she said«oh, salad is extra and you’re also charged a delivery fee». So i said, well ma’am, I’m fine with paying the delivery charge but salad isn’t extra online. «But homemade bread comes with your meal». Well ma’am, it shows that my meal doesn’t come with bread at all. The difference was only $ 2 but still, they need to get the kinks worked out. It makes no sense calling and placing the order is more expensive than ordering online. Idk. Anywho, my other flaw was delivery took almost an hour and 30 minutes! When your delivery is only within a certain radius, there is no reason for that long of a wait unless your name is Papa Johns on a football night! So, yeah, once my food finally came the delivery guy was super nice and I gave him a really good tip. The food was served in a plastic bag, no silverware or napkins but was VERY hot and appeared to be freshly made. I ordered the Caesar salad, pescatori and«homemade» rolls. I must admit, I was not expecting much but this food was THEBOMB!!! The pasta was al dente, the meat & vodka sauce mixed in with the seafood, clams, jumbo shrimp and mussels were a yummy combination! The«homemade» rolls tasted no different than the 2/$ 5 rolls at Kroger’s. The salad was also good. I enjoyed everything about the pasta meal and will definitely return! Maybe I’ll try calling my order in 2 days in advance…

How is this place listed as «Gluten-Free» ? They are completely unwilling to assist anyone with dietary restrictions. I tried ordering chicken and they called me to let me know it is pre-portioned and coated in flour so there was«no way» they could make it gluten free. Really? There’s not a single person in the restaurant that can make chicken fresh??? What is your kitchen for? Additionally I asked them to cancel the order and they said they would do it after lunch since they are too busy. Worst customer service ever. Barely passable Italian food.

I eat here at least once a week if not more. I have always had excellent service and the food has been perfect nearly every time, one time it was wrong and they fixed it immediately. Great place!

Pizza smelled rotten. Ordered large MEATSICILIAN and had it delivered. The crust was not browned, neither was any of the pork. The cheese was barely melted. I’ve never seen bright pink MEAT on a pizza. The pepperoni was not cooked. Both my daughter and I took slices out of the box to «inspect» them. There is no way you could eat it, because the smell was so bad. I called Napoli’s and was told that the meat smells fine(in store) and the best they could do was offer me another pizza at a later date. I declined that offer. The next morning was trash day so I decided to stick it in the oven overnight. The odor was so intense that I was forced to make room in the freezer for it.

Save yourself the trouble & don’t bother coming here. I’ve been a few times & the food is always lackluster & overflowing with butter/olive oil/tomato paste straight out of the can. After tonight, we won’t be returning, I don’t care how many miles/dollar I get. After waiting 20 minutes to place our order, it took another 15 just to get side salads & some bread. It’s not like the salads are rocket science. The waitresses(who I am sure are beyond overworked) simply have to grab them premade out of the mini fridge behind the bar & coat them in your choice of dressing. An hour after our arrival(mind you, we’re a party of 2), we were FINALLY graced with our food. Like I said, totally lackluster & not packed with a ton of flavor. I also ordered a pizza to go at this time. Needless to say, I didn’t realize it was going to be another hour for a small pizza.

Ok, so there was a mix up with the first order that I placed and things were not handled as well as I would have expected them to, at the time. However, I salute Papa Zac who stepped up and took charge of the matter, dealt with it in a very professional manner and came good on his word. Their food that I had was fantastico! I highly suggest you try the meatball and onion soup, it satisfied my pallet to no end! The meatball pasta is also just as excellent. I will use this establishment again, Once again, my thanks to papa Zac!

If it were possible to give a lower ranking than one star I would. The food was absolutely horrible, and literally inedible. Places like this are exactly the reason that Italian food has a bad name in Texas. The fresh mozzarella I could only take two bites of. The second was to make sure it was that bad. We had two different dishes which each contained Alfredo sauce and linguine. The pasta on both dishes was different, and the sauces was completely different. There’s nothing fresh about this place. Nothing is homemade here. Additionally I was charged extra for pasta and Alfredo sauce when the menu clearly states that it comes with the chicken Parmesan.

This place is really 3.5 stars. I have to admit that walking into a place and seeing various candy bowls around the establishment makes me happy! My sweet tooth will doom me one day! I ran across a Groupon for this place and opted to try them. I merely had a pizza from them, half pepperoni and half hamburger. I must admit that this is one of the better pizzas that I have eaten in the Houston Metropolitan area. The crust was really flaky and not too thin, and not to thick. The flavor of the pizza was very enjoyable. I did not get the chance to try the huge variety of items that they have, so once I try some desserts and other items, I will update a review. They are kind of pricy, but have lunch and dinner deals Monday — Friday. Give this place a try.
