This location has declined and quickly… Ordering is never really a problem because I can just order online so I won’t have to speak with someone there until i pick up… Yes pick up because I can’t get them to deliver even though I live less than 2 miles away…
Also I hope you don’t like Parmesan cheese or red pepper with your pizza because they don’t «do that» anymore… Yes you read correctly… They do not carry it at all you can’t even buy it… That is like McDonald’s not giving ketchup…
I will no longer order from here maybe I’ll try the dominos on bammel…

3rd attempt at ordering online and we were told again that couldn’t get a hold of their drivers.
We paid by credit card and now hope that we’ll get a refund.
Never order from the location.

I called this place twice and they put me on hold for 10 minutes for each call [a young mexican guy with glasses]. I drove up to this dominos and place the order instead and then had to wait for 30+ minutes for a medium 2 topping pizza. Service is so slow here. I never ever had to wait this long for a pizza. I don’t recommend this place. Choose another dominos or just order pizza hut. I wrote this review while sitting waiting for my pizza by the way. That’s how long they took to make my order.

Waited several hours they lied and said several times that the driver had just left the store with the pizzas. Then it was we were short of drivers, next it was we ran out of dough, then we had a order backup after a while I just waited to see how long it would take. I ordered from them at 6:00 pm by 10:00 pm no order. Joshua assured me that he was on the order cause he had not been informed of the problem still no order. I order from the 34th street location all the time and never had this problem. This is just So sad

This Dominos has to be the worst managed pizza restaurant.
Pizza delivery is consistently 1.5 to 2 hours. They always use the excuse of not having enough drivers. They do not answer their phones many times because they are too busy! I wanted to order 15 pizzas for a company party last week and could not get them to even answer the phone. Wound up ordering from Pizza Hut. They are always slow and not very customer friendly. Needs new management.

Waiting over an hour for a medium pepperoni pizza is unacceptable. Having an awful attitude to display to your customers and failing to address their concerns just adds to the disappointment.
I have given this place too many chances already and have had NOTHING but substantial disappointment each time. My mistake for thinking those occurrences were flukes. Congratulations, you have permanently lost a customer.

Never had a problem with this domino’s. They always have my order hot and right. I don’t know why the other reviews are bad. Use to order constantly from them a year ago and my order’s were on point. Stopped for awhile (started cooking again), then just started ordering again today. and they’re still doing a good job.

I ordered a pizza at 10:30 the tracking bar said it will be delivered in 45 to 55 min. Around 11:00 I got a call from the «manager» im not too sure of the name that the driver was out and my pizza order came at the last minute do I want to pick it up. Im going to take responsibility for ordering late so I said yes I’ll pick it up. He repeated so you are going to pick it up. I said yes I’m walking out the door now. Now mind you this location is a 6 minute drive from my house. I arrive it’s dark inside I called the number back no answer. I looked at my email to make sure this was the right location it was. As a manager if you were that was very rude and unprofessional how you handled the situation. I mean you could have just said mam your order came in late and we are closing so we cant make or deliver your pizza. That simple

This location sucks! Ordered pizza online around 9:15pm. Around 10pm we checked the status online and it showed that the deliver person left at 9:55pm and that the delivery time was estimated to be 15−20min. It is now 11:10pm and we still have not received our order yet! During this time we called the location and spoke with the manager Elton, he was very rude and didn’t seem to give a damn that our pizza was taking so long. He then put me on hold in mid conversation! Very rude! It’s after hours so I have no way of getting in touch with corporate right now so I just needed to Unilocal!!! Sucky dominos!!!

Ordered Pizza at noon from work, 3 hours later it wasn’t there. Come to find out the online system messed up and it was put as pick up instead of delivery. Girl on the phone said they couldn’t remake it unless I put the order through online again, so we did. We go to pick up the pizza and the manager there proceeds to ring up both sets of orders, which we refused since the old order was not only messed up not due to our error, it was over 3 hours old. We told him we would only purchase the newest ones and he «agreed» and by the time we got back to the office we noticed that he switched them, gave us the 3 hour old pizzas and kept the newer ones. The pizza would have been bad either way, but 3 hours of sitting on a warmer made it much worse. We did not even eat the pizza.
