Pizza Hut

HATED IT!!! They are rude and take forever to deliver!!! Pizza is sometimes cold… Point is this location need to shut down… Whoever is the owner need to invest in something else! They’re making the brand Pizza Hut look bad!!! Just saying you’re better off making your own pizza!!!

What a joke. Claudia, the «manager,» is the most unprofessional person to speak with. Argumentative and generally unpleasant are the nicest things I can say about her.

I don’t typically order pizza but when I do, places always get it wrong. This time, we had an excellent pizza made just the way we wanted! Jackie (the woman who took and made our order) is a pizza genius. (Thank you Jackie) People always have trouble making my order right the first go around,(I never understand why, you’d think I was ordering in a foreign language…) but she got it right. The first time! It was great, no additional wait time for a remake! Everyone should order from her, in my opinion anyway. Thanks!

Zero stars are appropriate. Run for the hills on this one; Call Pappa Johns, Dominoes, or even better drive to Pizza Zone. What I paid for was not worth a red cent: It was extremely dry and old even. My son only ate it because I didn’t cook. It looked like the driver kicked it all the way here. Even worse, the manager thought she was doing me a favor by offering to credit me $ 10, insulting. I have to look at it as a total loss. Not to mention that I placed the order at 2:12, was to be delivered at 3:52, but arrived at 4:35 cold and dry as ever. The sausages could have been used as marbles if they were a bit smoother, but definitely hard enough. So sad, should close down the location. Customer service is non-​existant. You may get me once, but certainly not twice. Pizza Hut 10 815 Veterans Memorial, no mistaking this one.

Very disappointed I’ve order form here before in the past and everything was great but now the drivers eat from my orders and it takes them 2 hours to find my house when I’m only 10 minutes away no longer coming back to this Pizza Hut

Not sure why this place has so many 1 star reviews but I had a 4 star experienc. Called in my order for pick up. I tried the thin pizza. My sister said it tastes really good from pizza Hut so I thought I wld give then a shot. The pizza was exceptionally well. Very fresh and good. Will def go back ! Staff was very attentive and nice

sad to see pizza hut be this horrible. have given this location many chances and i am sick of dealing with this store do not waist your time with this location consistently 2 hours + for delivery and orders have never been correct. this location either does not hire drivers or does not want to pay them well since they only employ one driver. my advice is to order fro dominos if you want pizza delivered in a reasonable time.

Terrible! Took at least an hour for the pizza to arrive (delivery). In addition, the pizza was burned and cold. The wings were not tasty at all. I had a dipping sauce missing and the breadsticks stated like processed «fake» bread and no marinara sauce. On top of that they still manage to charge .50 for each dipping sauce; how ridiculous. Now I recall why I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut. I should have just stuck with my good olé Papa Johns, even though, it’s more expensive.

Dont wast your time with this location. I gave them 3 chances 3 differnt times and they messed it up all 3. from delevery, wrong order to not getting it ordered at all.

I was quoted an hour for delivery time, and it ended up taking an hour and a half. The food was pretty burned, but it still showed up quite cold. Pizza tasted soapy, and the mozzarella sticks tasted like old chicken wings.
