Domino’s Pizza

Horrendous! On two occasions I ordered pizza that never showed up. I was able to place the order each time and it showed in the tracker. On the first occasion after writing an hour, we called the store with no answer and didn’t realize the order had been cancelled until my fiancé saw the charge returned to his debit card. On the second occasion the tracker showed the pizza as delivered so we called the store and DM said it was on its way. We waited an additional 15 minutes before calling again with no answer. They could at least have the courtesy to call and let us know that our orders are cancelled rather than wasting our time. On both occasions we waited around an hour and fifteen minutes. This time, the $ 20 charge was no refunded however. This place is terrible and management is irresponsible. They are thoroughly inconsiderate and definitely do not value the time nor money of their customers. I definitely don’t recommend, this location is a total waste of time and money.

My order was incorrect and then was fussed at because he misheard me. Instead of saying I apologize for making your order wrong, he decided to argue.

Ordered delivery and they forgot some of my order… when the guy returned l was missing the 2 liter sodas l ordered… won’t order again. but at least the pizza was good

Ordered a pizza at 11:33 pm, talked with a black guy order taker. Pizza never showed! End of story. If I could give a lower grade than an F– I would! Ha stay away!
Ps I only gave 1 star because it’s mandatory! lol

This is my typical go to pizza spot in the area because they have good deals and are pretty fast. I like dominoes ever since they improved their crust and recipe. They had a 50% off deal the other day when you order online so I got a yummy extravaganzza pizza with lots of toppings. They have me the wrong pizza at first but made me the right one when I told them. I got to keep both and they were very nice about it :) I recommend pick up rather than delivery if you want our pizza fresh and to make sure it has he right toppings.

Ordered a supreme pizza with a 2 liter soda. What a disappointment! First, the delivery guy comes ringing the door bell and knocking like a fucking maniac. Secondly, the pizza came with only two out the seven toppings I ordered. And to top it all off the damn soda was warm. All this coming out to grande total of $ 30 plus tip. The only reason it wasn’t sent back was because we didn’t want to eat spit/​snot for dinner. Will not order from here EVER again!!!

The delivery driver name was Ekponoudium (I think that’s how it was spelled), was very friendly and On Time. He apologized because he could not walk the doorway gate (it has been sealed shut for 1 or 2 years) .The pizza was baked Perfectly, I ordered 1 Sausage and Pepper Trio Artisan Pizza, 1 Tuscan Salami and Roasted Veggie Pizza and the New Specialty Chicken Spicy Jalapeño-​Pineapple. Everything was Great, we’ve had problems with a different large franchise. Crust was Hard, Dough where ingredients are was Undercooked. Definitely will order Domino’s Again. Horrible customer service. I changed my mind about even ordering at this location. I couldnt even place my order without being placed on hold 3 times and then getting hung up on! Nothin but hoodness coming from this store, no thanks!

We called in for a delivery order. we asked if they had a delivery charge. a firm «NO, we don’t».
We proceed to TRY to put in our order. It was noisy for them and lady on the phone seemed like they could care less about our order. It was interrupted countless times, and she would spend ¹⁄₃ of the time talking to someone else… she said «hold on» soooo many times. My husband was the one trying to order dinner for us, and he was patient enough to stay on the line!
So, he repeated our address about 7 – 8 times before the lady got it right. Then, she said she didn’t know if they delivered here. UM, he informed her we live .6 miles away. «oh, ok, then»…
He tried to order 2 pizzas. she couldn’t understand what we wanted (we don’t have foreign accents, btw, so that’s not an issue here!)…her responses were so strange that I wondered if we even called the right pizza place! we asked for 2 artisan pizzas and tried to tell her the toppings. She seemed confused, like they didn’t have artisan pizzas. We were reading off the flyer they mailed us! We’re like, according to the flyer domino’s mailed us, you DO! We wanted the pizzas that they advertised, how can this be confusing to begin with!!!
It gets worse… she kept changing the rules on us! At first, it was: you can pick as many toppings as you like, same price… we were like, are you sure??? that’s like the general cardinal rule of pizza ordering… every topping costs extra… anyway, so we tell her the toppings. then she tells us that we CAN’T choose our toppings at all. That they all come pre-set…WHAT!!! LADY WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!
I think at this point, another lady gets on the phone and tried to finish up the order. KEEP IN MIND THIS IS LIKE 15 MINUTES LATER… and we’re still not done ordering (like i said, my husband’s very patient. most people would have hung up by now! But we were getting VERY irritated)
So, this second lady tells us our total, and there’s a 2.50 delivery charge. We’re like, why did you give us the wrong information to begin with!!! We decided this joke of a pizza place REALLY DID NOT DESERVE our money, so we called a local joint and was able to place our order in about 3 minutes. =) nice and smooth.
DOMINO’S. You were dying out. You hung on. Now train your people RIGHT so you’ll stay alive. This is our first order with Domino’s in years, preferring other places all this time. And we’ll be sticking to all the OTHER places!!! You can bet we won’t want to try it again. You blew it! Our relaxing friday night in became a frustrating experience. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

This place is good! You pay for what you get for!

I ordered a pizza in February. It was tasty but greasy. I really like the new sauce, tho. Dough was full of flavors and delicious. Delivery was on time and piping-​hot. However, watch for the surcharge. Added tips, I’d rather pick them up myself.

i dont have car tonight but dont really feel like finding food out of the fridge. so decided to give a shot to order the pizza delivery from this location.
i have to say it supprised me!
the service was good and fast, and the deliver man was not rude. and did give me wht i ordered online. and the pizza was still hot when I got it.
this is my first time ordering the pizza delivery from domino’s.
and acroding to theexperience this, for sure will order it again in the future
