This is my 6th visit. My previous ones would have been 5 stars. This time was a disappointment. The buns were stale, the meat dry and the fries cold. What happened??? Only the root beer float remained super!

Went as a recommendation, did not get the hype. It was a tasty burger, and the fiery fries were good. However, $ 14+ for a meal from a drive thru is ridiculous. I understand it is a grass fed burger and its healthier. blah blah. I’ll take in and out, animal style over this any day, and still be full for under $ 10. On top of it, my order was missing items requested on the burger. Luckily they were complimentary items, but if you’re going to charge full service prices, at least get the order correct.

Good Grass Fed Organic Burgers! It’s walking distance from where I live but I dont frequent as much as it is yuppie central. However, judging by the food alone, they have very delicious burgers. My friend ismael always says, they are the best he ever had.

Not that good, and I don’t recommend it… here’s why: In this day and age with burger joints popping up everywhere, you have to either be different or better to stand out, and I don’t think they are either. It’s on the same level as maybe 5 guys, and In-and-out …which to me to me are just 1 step up from the other crappy fast food places. With that said, this place may be better than McDonalds and Burger King. Gourmet Burgers are what most people look for now a days. What attracted me to Elevation was that the 1st burger on the menu is «Organic» and«Grass-Fed». I will admit, those are important to me. The problem is that when I got there, it felt like another crappy fast food place… if anything it’s not even as nice. When I think I will order Organic, I think healthy for me… even though healthy and burger don’t really go with each other. Just walking in their front door I felt the furthest from«Healthy». Not only that, but nothing else there seems to be healthy. The drinks are all corn syrup based drinks like Coke. I couldn’t find 1 healthy drink like an organic lemonade or tea. Real me in the door with an organic burger, and everything else is crap. Oh, I forgot to tell you about the burger… it tasted like a Big Mac, which is is the furthest thing from tasting or being healthy. Question to the owners: What is your business model here? What are you trying to look like to the food lovers? What makes you any better than them? I felt so crappy after eating your burger, that I ran out and got another burger within 24 hours to satisfy my cravings… Ended up at a place called Beer Market on Studemont Street which was delicious. They will get 4 or 5 stars from me.

Went for lunch today at the recommendation of a friend and found it to be OK. I had the double chicken sirracha burger and a double cheeseburger that I split with someone else. Both burgers were a bit dry to me, especially the chicken one. I was also expecting it to have a chicken breast but it was just 2 chicken strips with very little sirracha sauce. The reason I even give it to 3 stars is because of the fries. They’re thin cut fries that are fried in olive oil. If it weren’t for the fries I may have given the place 2 stars which may seem harsh because the food wasn’t bad by any means but it was exactly good either. Just kind of middle of the road.

Always on the hunt for another veggie burger and I have to say that this was pretty darn good! They have 2 veggie burgers available! One vegetarian and one vegan. I had the vegan burger. Yum! The fries were good too! The restaurant otherwise is pretty normal and has the standard fast food feel. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed my burger! I’ll definitely come back to stuff my face with another veggie burger!

When I read Elevation’s mission statement and standards, I expected very high prices and smaller quantity. The burgers are great, the service is great and the prices are reasonable.

FOOD(4*s): Prices are high, but the quality of the grass-fed beef is worth the price. I had my #1(The Elevation Burger: Two ¼lb patties with American cheese) wrapped in lettuce to make it gluten-free. Even without a bun, the taste of the meat, the cheese, and the sauce made the burger juicy, hot, and satisfying. I also love the style of french fries here(extra thin and crispy) even though they are a little greasy. They give you A LOT so I would share one side of fries with someone if possible. Great pickles, fresh and very dill-like –not the artificial-tasting ones that some places have. I will say that it was frustrating that they didn’t have guacamole for my boyfriend who asked for it on his burger. SERVICE(4*s): Always polite and friendly. I’ve never had an issue with service here, although they don’t always get the orders right which I put under«service.» ATMOSPHERE(4*s): Very modern, but freezing inside. I recommend sitting out in their little patio which has a waterfall-like fountain. Plenty of tables and rarely ever crowded when I go. CLEANLINESS(5*s): Bathrooms are very clean with all of the automatic bathroom appliances which I definitely appreciate. TIPS: check their Facebook page for deals – Also sometimes has coupons for them as well.

Today was my first experience with Elevation Burger, and likely my last. My meal was good, everything about it was good… except the price, which was in the stratosphere! I know the beef if organic, grass fed, eating healthy is expensive… blah blah blah… Its a hamburger! This is a fast food restaurant selling fancy meat, charging an arm and a leg. They are selling burgers and fries, there is a drive thru… it’s a fast food restaurant. If you are a lottery winner or have a big disposable income and think $ 12.49 for a combo meal(burger, fries and a drink) is a bargain, then this is your place. Enjoy…

Late night, I’m hangry and they forgot my bacon TWICE. First time here and I ordered build your own burger, and i’ve asked for bacon, lettuce, caramelized onions and two patties. I ate one bite no bacon was found, i asked the cashier who took my order about my bacon and she was about to take my burger for exchange or something but then she was like oh you ate part of it already(well duh i was so hangry) then she told me she can bring the bacon on the side. I was like okay. I waited 15 – 20 mins while finishing up my burger. Still no bacon. They forgot about it… What the heck. So i left. The burger was expensive and i still tip, i just wanted my bacon. I came in oct 2910:10pm I’m not coming back

Decided to try Elevation burger last night. I didn’t know they had a drive-thru, so it was perfect since I had the furry kiddo with me. I ordered the regular 2-patties elevation burger. no cheese, fries or drink. Simple. Got home and WHAAAAT a lettuce wrapped burger with cheese??? Ugh. So I called and complained. The gentleman that took my order answered, and quickly offered a refund and a chance to correct my burger. I drove back, he had my order ready and threw in a drink! Good job on keeping the customer happy, EB! I may return, but do agree with a few of the other reviewers as the price is a tad high. We’ll see…

Love the concept of this place and the food is really good! The only reason why it wouldn’t be my go-to fast food/drive-thru restaurant is because of the prices. My meal(a double Elevation burger with fries) cost $ 11, and for that kind of price I would rather go to a nicer restaurant. That being said, the burger itself was delicious. Elevation is environmentally conscious so the beef was fresh and authentic tasting, and I love whatever Elevation sauce they put on there. The fries are the really thin style, which is my personal favorite so I was a big fan. I’ll probably come back here the next time I want a good drive-thru meal or a change from Whataburger — the food is delicious and I love supporting such an environmentally friendly establishment! Apparently you can also get your burgers wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun, which I’m definitely doing next time.

The food is pretty good. I am not a big fan of hamburgers, but the hubs is. I had the smallest burger on the menu, which was perfect. Hubby’s burger was a bit larger and loaded with fresh ingredients. Other than needing a bit of seasoning on the meat, everything was hot a fresh. We loved the fries! Workers could have been more pleasant and acknowledging.

I am torn by this place as there is so much going for it, so much about it I want to like, and a few things that just didn’t quite work on execution. What I liked: the veggie and vegan options are great. Their website breaks down the calorie count on each item, sauce, add-on, etc. They allow you to customize and build your burger however you see fit. The short comings: the service wasn’t friendly at all. She seemed bothered and was hard to understand. The flavors of my burger were serviceable. The veggie patty was wonderful but the sauces, etc. just weren’t that special. I wasn’t blown away by anything in particular. The fire fries are trying to be their take on «animal style fries» but they were just bland, mushy, and too oily for my liking. This place was just around the corner from my hotel and I am happy I came here. Would I come back again? Yes. The place is convenient and would do to fill a quick bite need. Be warned that depending on when you go it can be a nightmare to get in/out of this location with traffic and the parking is close quarters. So for me this one is a middle of the road kinda joint. I would go back, but it wouldn’t be my first, second, or third choice.

You can’t beat this place — the price is right, location is perfect, and there’s somehow always parking. I’ve been a handful of times and have never had a bad experience. I usually go for the Elevation Burger, which comes with 2 patties, and I usually get it on a wheat bun. Their traditional buns are fantastic — And if you’re not trying to be «healthy» and go for the wheat, get the regular bun and enjoy. It has more of an eggy bun taste, and it goes perfectly with their meat. All ingredients are fresh, and you don’t feel like you’re eating a greasy burger. None of the food is greasy — The fries are thin cut and cooked to perfection. …Did I mention how good the cheese fries are? You can also add jalapenos which I highly recommend. Don’t overlook their oatmeal cookies either… they may look small, but their taste is mighty and they are DELICIOUS! And so are their milkshakes. I can’t say enough good things about Elevation Burger.

Tasty burgers with okay fries. I came over here for lunch with my sister and her friend. I ordered half Guilt burger. It was an organic patty topped with a regular beef. It was quite tasty, but not a complement combination. It tasted really sweet. the sweetness that made me take another bite. Their fries were okay, nothing surprisingly different although the only difference was it lacked a lot of flavor compared to other burger joints. The drink station is pretty cool, any mixed carbonated non-alcoholic drink you want it has. It’s basically computerized and has a wide range of flavors. That you won’t find anywhere else. It has like a hidden unlocked secret flavors in any drink from soda, tea, lemonade, to water. The layout inside is very chill laid back with music of «a tv playing». Ambient music would have been great though. Outdoor sitting has a wall fountain, more of a waterfall effect off of the rocks and vines crawling up the walls. Patio chairs and wooden wood chairs and tables inside. Very relaxing. The only thing that threw my mood off was our cashier. She didn’t seem too enthusiastic about working or servicing us. My sister specifically ordered lemon water and instead was charged for lemonade. I’m not sure how she got that mixed up certainly not the same. One has water and lemon in it and it isn’t sweet and another is mixed with water, sugar and lemons which is sweet. She, our cashier didn’t smile or act if she was happy. She was monotone and dull. Although our so-called waiter«the guy that brought our food to us» was very nice and up beat. Thank you! This burger joint was very noisy not by customer, but by the employees. The sound came from the kitchen as if they were trying close something very harshly. «Bang, bang» is all we heard while trying to enjoy our lunch. The burger was good, but the place is not exciting. Especially the parking. good thing they have a drive-thru and if you check-in with a purchase of a burger you can get free fries.

This was my first time here and it wasn’t a very good visit either. The elevation burger was delicious like Whataburger; very good, but not the best because the beef was from grass-fed cows. I don’t buy the hype for that stuff either. The burger was dripping in grease, ketchup, and mustard. It was very messy to eat. «Dripping in grease» isn’t healthy. I hadn’t bought into the organic hype, I was only meeting my vegan friend here for lunch. The service wasn’t the best and that’s why I knocked off 2 stars. I specifically asked for a lemon water and the lady cashier charged it as a lemonade which was $ 2. I’m not sure if she doesn’t know the difference; that’s her problem, not mines. That made me furious. I still need to get my refund, but since I live in SE Houston taking an 35 minute drive back up there I will need to plan ahead for traffic. My problem. So much for being an organic burger spot that doesn’t have fresh lemons for water. The drink machine was confusing to use; I liked it better when restaurants used the other drink machines. The menu is expensive and fries are extra. I didn’t like that much. Oh, the pictures on here of the menu is dated. The burgers were $ 6 a piece. Which rang up to be $ 7. The fries are $ 2.99 which is $ 3. Texas tax: $ 1.68. Our lady cashier had an unpleasant attitude as if she didn’t wanna be there; not my problem again because she knew what she signed up for before she applied there. She made my experience for this place awful. For two people, it rang up $ 20 and that’s pretty ridiculous if you ask me. People buying into this organic fad thinking if everything they eat is organic or a superfood it will heal them from most diseases, but in the end it will not. If you are a smoker or a heavy drinker, you can just forget about it. The restaurant interior is medium sized; our table was dirty it had crumbs of bread. I can’t say I’ll be back to eat, but will be back for my refund. If they give me a hard time about that I will have to write a follow up review. Oh, and the parking is crammed. For my little car, it was very hard to maneuver out off the back wall since the drive thru line was right there and other cars directly behind me. Truth is healthy shouldn’t have be expensive! It shouldn’t have to empty my bank roll.

Elevation burger serves halal burgers in the loop, so it makes it a popular attraction among halal foodies. Elevation burgers are standard, lots of toppings to choose from and you can feel good about the quality of the meat. In my last trip I noticed they had chicken tenders, so I opted for those, they come with dipping sauces of your choice, definitely a healthier choice. My husband got the sriracha chicken sandwich that comes with two of the chicken tenders on a bun with toppings and sriracha mayo. As far as burgers go, the elevation burger is a safe bet. Their shakes are great and you can basically create your own.

The grass fed burger patty is probably the only saving grace of this burger joint. While I must say that it was juicy and very delicious, everything else was underwhelming. Fries are as equally important when it comes to eating a burger and the fries I had were one of the soggiest and LIMP fries I’ve ever eaten. I honestly could get better, crispier fries at a fast food place or an elementary school cafeteria, if they haven’t banned fries there already. Step up your fry game.
