I’m appalled at how this cleaner does business. I dropped off 4 items of clothing because I had a coupon from the Entertainment Book and the coupon was for half off services up to $ 10. When I picked up my items and presented the coupon, the woman said she wouldn’t honor it because even though «it doesn’t say in the book but you have to give your coupon when you drop it off»…she admits it’s not in the book, there is no sign in the store stating that’s a requirement, and she was the same person that took my items at drop off and failed to mention this rule. When I asked why, the woman said that all businesses do that. …No, they don’t, if it’s a requirement (like Groupon) it SAYS so! Then she stated they need the coupon prior to drop off so they can calculate it…,??? What does that mean? If I told you I had a $ 10 off coupon, would you then tell me the total was $ 60 instead of $ 50 so you don’t honor your coupon at all? On top of that, as soon as I presented the coupon her whole demeanor changed! At first, she was pleasant and smiling then switched to rude and sarcastic! She looked and spoke to me like I was wrong to even try to use one!!! THEN WHY PUT COUPONS OUT THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE??? Apparently, judging by other reviews, this place renegs on coupons all the time. This is just bad business, and Esquire has lost yet another customer with the shady tactics.

I would NEVER patronize this business. I arrived right before closing and the staff said I was too late, even though closing wasn’t for 5 minutes. They were rude and unpleasant.

I dropped off four pairs of pants and one shirt to be cleaned. At the time I dropped them off I was told to present coupons when I picked up the garments and paid. A month goes by and I drop by and ask to pick up my cleaning… I was told that «It’s too late, you have to present the coupons when you drop off»… My bill for 4 pants and 1 shirt — a staggering $ 47.98
Rude woman at the front desk offered her unsolicited opinion «thats the prices in this part of town». I called back later and asked about the coupon policy and the «manager» said she didn’t accept the coupons as shown on their website.
Rude, OVERPRICED and poorly done work. DO NOT patronize this business.
