Allision did my lashes last saturday… she was really sweet but I work a busy schduel and noticed when she finished they were really thin also my real lashes were cut going into my eye… because I had another appt booked for this sat when texted my reminder I called to explain this and I was told after pay 80 for a refill there was nothing they could do for me because I did not come in 3days. This is poor customer service not to Allison but the front desk lady did not try to reach out to any manger or no one just a flat out lost… Happy that I could cut my loss their… if you cone here speak up the first time dont be nice or you will take the loss… it clear they dont care about keeping customers and the parking is horrible!!!

They did a great job on my lashes. But, the music is too loud. Also, when I was checking out I paid cash and instead of the front desk giving me the change that I told her I was going to give as tip she gave it to the technician. I thought that was rude. She should always ask or just return the change. I would’ve said something but the technician was also in the room. I wanted to hand the tip to the technician.

What a wonderful experience! I have been a client for 3 years, always getting compliments on my lashes! No one can believe they aren’t mine. They last between refills, never bald looking. Why waste money or time on cheap looking imatations? Faraz, awesome. What more can I say? He always has my favorite stations going when I come in. Live this place!

The men/​women at the front desk are always friendly. They immediately offer water or wine while you wait. The music they play is relaxing/​entertaining while you get your lashes applied on a comfortable bed. The lashes look great and they have plenty of advice to take care of them. You can also save by buying a package of 3 fills at one time. I recommend setting an appointment with Moana.

The front desk receptionist is nice other than that they get a one star.
If you are looking for proper application of eyelash extensions this is not the place! I’ve been wearing Xtreme Eyelashes since 2006 so I am very aware of how they are suppose to look and feel. At best, I am certified to do them. I have taken the level one, certified, and advance training classes.
My lashes were not applied on correctly. I had lashes going in all directions. Also, my lashes was sticking together. I could immediately see that after they were finished.
My lashes also begin to fall out – ALOT. I counted about 21 lashes in one eye by the end of day 3 and 13 in the other. My husband could tell and ask me didnt I just get a full set and it already look like I needed a serious refill! I asked for and purchased there most expensive package. I came out with basic look. I counted the lashes on day 3. I was robbed but already knew this prior to leaving.
They also charge an arm and a leg to remove the lashes (about 35 – 40 bucks) which in my case took no more than 10 minutes. This is usually high compared to other places (search up certified or advance stylist to see yourself),
If you are looking for a basic set (60 – 70 lashes) ‘Sassy’ and ‘Classy’ sets are for you. This is basic look but you are paying way to much. its a look that people can barely tell u have lashes unless you get them long. if you are looking for an elegant look for office work but jazzy for going out you will need around 90+ lashes.
The place is not setup very cozy and warm. Wall dividers separate each room and a curtain to give you privacy. You hear everyone come in and go. You hear heels stumping on the floor. You hear other stylist or their clients talking from the other room.
The environment should be quiet and peaceful. You should fall asleep because to hear nothing with soft music.
I wish I saw this ad and paid no more than $ 99 bucks for what I got.

I purchased a Living Social coupon to try out a set of lashes. I am so happy I did. I’ve been going every two weeks for a couple of months and I really love how they look. The maintenance is easy and if the job is done right, they’ll last until your next appointment. Ebony has trained her people well at this studio. I’ve seen more Mia and Jamie and both do a great job. I’d highly recommend Etsetera.

What I like about their service is that when you pay for a 30 min or 1 hour appointment they will use the full time to add as many lashes they are able to during that timeframe. For about the same price as Lash Lounge in DFW, I got an additional 10 lashes/​eye (30) for $ 55 + tip (3% charge if you use your credit card), so bring your debit card or cash! Once you start it’ll be hard to stop… you should schedule your appointments out for every 2 weeks or weekly, depending on how full you want your lashes!
