Extra Space is a great option for storage in midtown. I’m currently in between leases and needed to find a place to store everything I own… fast! I’m glad I chose Extra Space. The place is very clean and secure, and nice and cool. I feel completely safe with all of my belongings living here. All of the employees have been professional and helpful. Melissa helped me through the sign up process and she was wonderful. Would recommend it!

Interesting and unfavorable circumstances put me in need of a storage unit. I’m pretty sure that this was obvious of me in our interaction. By the time we were done, I realized that it was a painless process. Melissa was great; positive personality, really understanding, and honest. She also had a spare token of appreciation that really put the cherry on top of being a great employee. I’ve been in [customer] service based jobs all of my working life, and, I genuinely had a 5-​star worthy experience.

Been renting here for about 2 months and am very happy. The place is always clean, staff is very nice, and I really like the security measures they have in place. Knowing thay unless the access code used is for my store floor they can’t access it is a big relief to me.

Had a great experience with the staff, who explained things very professionally. When I booked online an extremely nice lady called to confirmed from the actual location and when I called to make sure my unit would be large enough, Kevin was very helpful, up to making sure a larger unit would be ready if needed.
This place is clean (including the bathrooms), and well organized.
It is very secure, so it makes me feel like my property is in good hands.
** The only thing that made things a bit off was that ever time you need the elevator you have to enter your code.** I believe that is a great feature and love it, except if you have a large moving company, they should have a disable button. I had to stay with the elevator for the entire move.

Great staff and very clean and well kept. I didn’t have a single problem. It was easy to sign up and get a good deal. The call center didn’t tell me about the insurance but they explained it on site and told me about options I had. They called with friendly reminders about payments which worked great for me. They even prorated my last month when I showed up to pay a late bill and move out all in the same day. Will totally use then if ever needed again.

This place is very nice and clean. I really enjoy being located about 5 minutes away from it. That said, there are a few critical areas of concern. They don’t give you a contract to review; they simply fill it out for you and email it to you as an agreed contract. It doesn’t work that way! Secondly, they add insurance without informing you. Once I discovered it, I emailed them a copy of my homeowner’s policy and it took them 2 months to apply it so I was required to pay the additional fees during that time. The manager refused to credit my account for the insurance charges. I’ve been with them 3 – 4 months and now they are increasing rates by 10%. I don’t mind increases as I know all costs go up but within 3 months of signing up at a specific rate. Hmmm sounds a bit fishy.
