I went to Eye Gallery to search for different and funky frames for my first prescription pair of glasses. I was met by two incredible enthusiastic and very helpful ladies, Jennifer, and Christina (optician). Since I require wider frames, my choices at various places were limited and the styles were mundane at best. These ladies worked tirelessly and enthusiastically to find the frames that worked for me. They went out of their way to be encouraging, patient, and even drove to their other store to pick up a pair of frames I was considering at that location, so that I could do a side by side comparison. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, friendliness and customer service they provided. Searching for the perfect frames to wear every single day can be maddening and these women made it fun. Thanks sooo much, and thanks to Tina at the Westheimer location for her expertise as well. And by the way, what an incredible selection of some of the most beautiful, elegant, funky and stylish frames. A great experience!!!

The girls at The Eye Gallery, both at Post Oak and Westheimer, were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their optical brands. I even went nerdy about manufacturing and materials and they knew their stuff.
The girl at Westheimer (can’t recall the name) offered to go and collect frames from another store that day because they didn’t have the specific colour I wanted. This was after 3pm (and you can imagine the traffic between the Galleria and Montrose!)
Christina at the Post Oak location went out of her way to get the two frames I wanted fitted and cut the same day. I had an optometrist appointment at noon, I took a photo of the prescription and emailed it to Christina. I received a call before 5pm that the frames were ready to pick up. She spent the time tweaking and shaping the new frames for an identical fit (same frame model, different colours).
In summary The Eye Gallery gave me the some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at a retail store.

Best place for any kind of eye ware! I have been using other locations and now love love love this location! Got some fantastic new glasses too! Wonderful selection, fantastic employees and service. Thank you!
