This place is horrible. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. There are nothing but a bunch of lousy high school kids who stand around looking stupid for staff, They know nothing about glasses, and they know nothing about customer service. It took a good 10 minutes for someone to ask if we have been helped. They were too busy showing each other a new app on their phones. When I picked up my glasses two weeks after I ordered them(and I had to call and ask if they were ready), the guy who«helped» me did not even offer to check to see if they fit okay. They just ask… like you are supposed to know, After wearing my new glasses around the mall for an hour, I had to go back because they were not comfortable. Sure enough, they were crooked, and one lens was not in the frame properly. People kept interrupting the woman that was assisting me, and I really wanted to give them a lesson on customer service. Don’t waste your time… go to a professional who knows what you need.

Check out who’s rocking the new designer specs, yo. Seriously, I’ve got new glasses. The rhyme and rhythm of this place is a little odd. I’m used to going to an optometrist to get fitted for glasses, but when I called EyeMasters to set up an appointment for an eye exam, The rep said, «Hold on, let me give you the number to the doctor next door. It turns out, there is no optometrist in house, but there is a Master Eye Associates next door that strictly sees patients for exams and exams only. Later, they hand you a slip of paper that says what kind of glasses you need and send you back over to EyeMasters to pick out your frames. It happens like lightning. I got my prescription in 7 minutes. While my eyes were dilating for my last exam, I paid my co-pay for the exam, skipped over to EyeMasters, picked two frames out, paid for them and went back to complete my last exams. So basically, EyeMasters is simply a place that stocks frames and lenses and will cut your prescribed lenses for you. The best part is that my insurance covered $ 125 for my first pair and 50% of my second pair of frames. The second best is that my glasses were ready to go in an hour and a half. From start to finish, everything was good to go.
