Fabric Decor

I would have never found this place without Unilocal… thank you to the other reviewers!
It looks different than other fabric stores and is in an odd building. However, it is actually a huge store. They have «no samples» posted on many of the fabrics. I found one that I liked with a tag that stated that it comes in 8 colors. I asked the owner about this and he found a book of samples and suggested that I find the ones I am interested in and he would cut samples. There were five and he had one of the employees go into the back and cut samples of each… they have all in stock!
The owner was VERY busy, but was not put off by my asking questions… then again, that is what you do to earn business. They have many fabrics on clearance too. I will be purchasing fabric from them as they are not much more than buying online, but I can see the actual fabric before purchasing it. They are much cheaper than the other fabric stores in the area!

What a find! This shop has an awesome selection of heavier, upholstery/​décor fabrics and amazing prices! Cording, beading, and trim like you wouldn’t believe! Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was looking for brocade fabric for a jacket and found lots of choices — picked one for $ 4.95 a yard, which is unheard of! They have a huge clearance/​remnant section in the back. I found this place by accident, but I will be back in purpose!

The store mostly sells heavy fabrics for curtains, upholstery, and sofa pillows. They also have tassels, fringes, and ropes. I was looking for printed craft fabric and was disappointed. However, the staff seemed nice and there was plenty of parking.
