I have had a terrible experience with this florist. I ordered an arrangement online, when my friend received it, it looked nothing like the one that I had chosen. The color was totally wrong, wrong flowers, wrong vase just horrible, it looked like a bunch of hodgepodge thrown into a vase! When I called they said they didn’t believe me, even after sending pics of both arrangements to them. They called my friend to have her count the flowers, and then said they would just go get them and not replace them with what I ordered. Please do not make the same mistake I made… run far away from this place of business! I hope no Bride ever haves to deal with them on such a special day!

More like Ugly & Expensive flowers! It was embarrasing. Owner gave attitude & had them picked up the next day. No Refund Yet. Do Not Buy from them!

I second both of the prior reviews… WARNING: DONOTEMBARRASSYOURSELFBYSENDINGFLOWERSFROMHERE! I have never had a worse experience. I live LITERALLY next door to this flower shop. My boyfriend sent me flowers to be delivered yesterday. The first problem is that even though the flowers were supposedly delivered yesterday, whoever delivered them told my leasing office that I had already been informed of the delivery and would be coming to pick them up. This is inaccurate. Neither my boyfriend nor I had been informed that they were delivered by phone call, voicemail or otherwise. This afternoon, my boyfriend asked me if I’d gotten the flowers. So I called my leasing office. The leasing office told me they were told I was coming to pick them up yesterday. Finally, I go to pick up the flowers and I’m handed a DEAD flower arrangement and tell me(with pity) that they looked like this(read: DEAD) yesterday(flowers don’t full on DIE in 12 hours in an indoor room-temperature office so I expect this is true). Icing on the cake… they spelled my last name and my boyfriend’s first name wrong…

The most horrible business I have ever dealt with in a long time. The Mgr. or owner Ana whomever she is, I don’t know because she lied to me. She told me she wasn’t the manager then I called and someone said she left and she was the mgr.!! Was arguing with me over and over! Talk about no customer service whatsoever. She thru old flowers together and tried to pawn them off on my Aunt who just had surgery. My Aunt says, I’m so sorry but I need to send you photos of what this place sent. Then Ana says the flowers are fine. I said are you looking at the photos I just sent you!!! Half of the flowers are dead and you just delivered it! She just keeps insisting they were fresh when they left her! Unbelievable the people in this world!
