Service there is always great. The manager melvin is very helpful and knowledgeable. Will continue to use this location for all my printing needs.

This place saved the day with great shipping solutions and excellent customer service! Thee was an employee named Melvin who was particularly good to work with. Our package arrived as expected and all fragile items were in perfect condition.

I have never before experienced such prompt, friendly, courteous service at any shipping center or office supply store. From now on, I’ll drive the extra seven miles each way to use this store. My only regret is that I didn’t get the name of the young lady who helped me; she deserves kudos for her customer service attitude and performance!

I don’t use these places often, but was in a code red situation. I was helping my kiddo wrap up a little project for school & the printer decided to act a dang fool.
It was getting late & I didn’t have time to mess around. Thanks to Unilocal,found this spot & shot right on over there. I hit the door with apparently a flustered look because the guy walked right on up, offered to help & even cracked a joke.
As I was waiting for my print job, I noticed everything was laid out & very organized. Noticed directions, prices, etc. were posted & easy to follow even for those that aren’t too familiar with printing services. Costs very reasonable as well.
It took all of maybe 5 — 8 minutes from start to finish & some of that time was me chatting with the 2 employees working that night. Wish I could recall their names, but I really appreciated the great service. The last thing ya need when you’re in a crunch is bad attitudes/​service.
I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for future needs.

Very helpful staff here! They have everything you need to ship and they are more than willing to help you with it. I would definitely recommend this FedEx location.
