Drinks and food. I came here for one of my good friend’s birthday gathering. We took over a whole side of their bar and we were blocking the way of a lot of people walking by, whoops. On Friday there are specials, nice. $ 4 cuervo shots and margaritas. There are more but those are the ones the matter to me. F&H is not really that pricey either in general though, but of course maybe I just get the cheap stuff only hehe. I guess they do scavenger hunts every weekend? I’m not quite sure but the birthday girl had a blast doing it. It was fun for the whole group because we got really into the game, sadly we only got 2nd but great time. Every time a friend of mine wants to do something chill, F&H it is.

I came here for my best friend’s birthday. We got there a little early and decided to order some food before the rest of the group came. We asked the waitress what she recommended as we do everywhere we go. She recommended the boneless wings with sweet chili sauce. I don’t know if I was just hungry or if the wings were just really good. My friend ordered the steak made medium. I typically like having my steak medium rare, so to me, that steak was SUPER dry. Friend says she likes her steak medium but even admitted that the steak was dry. So advice, order it medium rare if you want medium steak there! Drinks were served in a timely matter. The pub wasn’t too crowded so it was pretty easy ordering our drinks and not having to wait a millennium for it. Prices were on the decent side as well so that’s a plus. They also did a scavenger hunt that night. We got 2nd place(because no one in our group had green/pink hair!) and my friend was probably the most excited person in the pub to do it. I like fox and hound. Its pretty chill and easy to converse as opposed to a lot of different bars and pubs where you have to scream to the person in front of you to be able to hear.

I came here for one reason only. To watch the Texas game. Their set up is super awkward. All of their TVs are along the outside wall and it seems that you are straining to see them no matter where you sit. You would think a chain place would have this sorted out. The TV in the back had the game with sound, so that was cool. They also had a decent selection of craft beers. Typical bar food, so nothing special there.

There’s not many places to go out on the northwest side of town but I definitely recommend this place for Tuesday nights! $ 2 drafts on Tuesday! I think it’s the only time worth going. I’ve never been here any other day. They have a DJ and it gets pretty crunk.

I worked at a F&H off and on for four years, and now that I live out of a city that has one, I naturally had to stop by while I was in town on a business trip. This review is purely from the fact that the wait staff tried to scam our group while we were there. On Tuesdays at any F&H across the country, all their drafts are $ 2 all day. Two waitresses told us it was just domestic drafts(and yet included Dos Equis and Corona in that selection). I finally asked the manager and he told me that all the drafts were $ 2, but they had just started doing it last week. Clearly from earlier reviews it is easy to tell that $ 2 drafts have been going on a while. It seemed like this F&H wasn’t getting great business, so they opted to scam customers into paying more for their beers. Finally I told the waitress that the manager had told us all beers are $ 2 on Tuesday. Instead of admitting she might have made a mistake, she told us her manager didn’t know what he was talking about, but if he said he’d give us beer for $ 2 she’d have him fix it. On top of it, F&Hs are supposed to have 36 unique drafts. Instead they double or trippled their taps up with regular beers so the selection was very poor.

This place really lacks consistency. I’ve been there a few times. The first time I loved it. The second time was ok since all we did was order drinks. This last time however was pretty ridiculous. I went with a few of my actor friends to wind down after a show. We sat and waited for service for a really long time only to have this waitress from hell come and greet us. She CLEARLY did not want to be at work that day. We ordered drinks first and we watched the bartender make them(we were sitting really close to the bar) and then we watched the waitress place straws into our drinks WITHHERHANDS! and not just put it in there and leave it… she continued to absent-mindedly play with the straw in my drink while she sat a watched the bartender. When I addressed this issue, she gave me the dirtiest look and walked away. The bartender was very kind and understanding and remade my drink so that was good. Our waitress never came back and about 10 mins later another woman came to greet us and FINALLY took our order for food. The manager could have cared less. He was one of those managers who was all of his employees best friend and would not lift a finger to help. Our substitute waitress came to our rescue and made the end of the night worth sticking around for.

Plenty of TVs to watch the current sporting event, but the food is hit-or-miss, depending on the day, and service is pretty terrible.

I haven’t been in since last football season when the bald manager had always welcomed me in and remembered my team and where to watch it, I feel bad that I don’t remember his name but he always called me Skippy. I went in this sunday and didn’t enjoy the environment and energy that was there now, I couldn’t get my game on because they had a couple alumni groups that got every TV on their game and couldn’t spare one for my Bronco’s. I ended up going to Hooters right next door and watched the game there. I asked for ‘Skippy’ and they told me he had been fired and this is how it is now. I am not sure this is the direction you should go but good luck, if Hooters can take care of me and you can’t that says alot about a sports pub… Good Luck I will be at Hooters when I come into town next time.

Service here was very poor. It took too long for the staff to get our drink order and even longer to get a refill. The staff spent more time flirting with each other than doing their jobs. The food was nothing special– it struck me as typical food for a pub & grill. I think better service would allow for repeat business. I will probably wait another 3 or 4 months before I return; by then I expect that the staff will have experienced complete turnover.

Understaffed behind the bar, bad tortilla soup. To be fair the rest of the food looked good. The bar seats 60 – 80 people and they had 1.5 bartenders working a Sunday night texans game and that includes the service bar where he spent most of his time and attention. When there wasn’t a ticket up he didn’t check his thirsty customers, he chatted up the half a bartender that we saw once every 10 – 15 min.

Service is very good sitting at the bar.(Taylor was my bartender/waitress) Tons of TVs to watch the ALDS and they will even offer to change the channel if your sitting in an area that you cannot see your game. They offer three IPAs on tap(big plus). On Tuesday nights they offer $ 2 drafts(perfect!) I went for their chicken strip basket, fries, and a side salad. All were good and the portion size was perfect. If I lived in the area i’d make it a point to come in and enjoy.

I like going to this place. You can’t beat $ 2 draft night on Tuesday. Right now they have Rodeo Clown on tap. A 4 pack will cost you $ 10 at the store, but here on Tuesday it’s $ 2 a pint. I generally come here for the beer, but the food is good too. I usually have the Dark Forest sandwich. The staff is nice enough and my drink never runs empty; a staple mark that keeps me happy.

Let me preface this by saying that we used to absolutely love this place. As displaced Packers(and one Lions) fans, it was our Sunday hangout for 4 years. The management was very accommodating and always had our games available on the dining room screens. It wasn’t always with sound, but that’s okay, we were there to watch the game. The wait staff was amazingly excellent and the manager kept everything running smoothly. What happened? I have no idea but they are now under new, quite awful, management. They were not ready for the NFL onslaught and it showed. Telling fans of other teams that certain fans of certain teams come first is crazy. Having 6 out of 10 screens showing the same game is insane, taking an order and then getting it wrong is poor service… and on and on. From running out of soft pretzels halfway through(halfway through?) the first games to apologizing«if» we were upset about things… well, let’s just say it was the worst sports bar experience of my life. We won’t be back. What a shame. It was a great place for fans of various teams. Don’t bother if you’re not a Browns/Saints/Texans fan. Oh, and the free appetizer card you gave us to make up for«me misunderstanding you» and your rude«last word» attitude Ms. Manager? It’s lying in the parking lot somewhere.

Love this place! The best time to come is happy hour. The food is good and the service is great. There are pool tables and lots of places to watch your favorite team on the tele.

This is a great local sports bar chain with a few pool tables, decent parking since its close to the mall and an active young crowd. Bar food is available in the form of burgers and other American style dishes There is a large bar area with five big screens and twenty-five plasma HD tv’s…You can stop by to watch sporting events in the evening, or come out for the night life after 10pm. It does tend to get crowded and if you’re away from the bar you might have to wait for your drink order. Last time we were here we rented out the side room for a friends birthday party, so it was nice to have our own place amid the chaos, yet staff didn’t really prevent anyone else from wandering in.

I’m a fan of Fox & Hound on Sunday to watch NFL football. They have all the games on and you can generally get a seat. They have the Steelers on the same big screen in the same room every Sunday which makes it easy to find where you want to be. I know the same is true for the Cleveland fans(who knew there were so many Browns fans in Houston). The food is bar food, nothing special, not great-not bad. The drinks are reasonable. Great for Sunday NFL football, GOSTEELERS!

happy hour lasts all day, which different drink specials throughout the month. First of all, this is a great place to watch the game, as there are tv’s and projections everywhere! The only bad thing is if there are two games, you have to sit accordingly as one side will be baseball and the other side will be football. Pool tables and darts are also present as they have a full bar that is actually huge since it surround the bartender. They lose one star because I think they charged me an extra drink, but I didn’t feel like fighting for the couple dollars. Overall, another pretty good pub chain that graces the willowbrook mall area if you want to mix it up. Note: leincancougal, leinhacabre, something like that Summer Wheat was AMAZING, on draft. the end.
