Food wasn’t very good but service was. Theres a new manager so hopefully things will get better at this location

First and last time coming to this Hooters. Sat for 45 mins waiting on Wings. Waitress Maddie kept saying food was coming. Left money for drinks and left. Ridiculous about of time to wait on wings.

My friend goes in at 10pm on Sunday, even ask the hostess if it’s still a good time to sit and enjoy a meal. They are welcomed in and order a buffalo platter & wings. The food takes FOREVER, the waitress Megan B was just flirting with what I would assume is her boyfriend. When the food gets there my friend makes a remark about being grateful the food finally made it. Megan B then says «I’m not the cook.» His comment wasn’t even meant to be rude. She turns and leaves very rudely. Never brings back the to go box, but quickly brings the check. I think her spandex shorts were on too tight and cutting of the circulation to her brain. That’s the only excuse she would have for forgetting her main job in customer service, be friendly. BEWARE OF MORGAN B!

The reason for the 1 star review is because of the bathroom. It looked like a bomb went off in there. I literally haven’t seen a worse bathroom than when I was there. It surprising because the main restaurant area was pretty decent. Upon entering the bathroom it was as if a piñata of paper towel shreds had exploded everywhere. The electric paper towel dispenser was literally ripped down and hanging. I meandered my way to the urinal and traversed the sticky fly paper-​like floor, where typically you would expect some piss (overspray you might call it) around the bottom. Typically you would stand back a few inches to avoid stepping in someone else’s piss. But here, someone had way too much fun, or way too bad of aim it protruded beyond the urinal about 2 ½ feet. All of the urinals are this way, so there is no way around it. So in order to piss, I had to stand back extremely far, and push against the wall above the urinal. Then the horror struck as my foot started to slide and I was still going. Thankfully I was able to pinch it off and avoid slipping all over. In hindsight, I should have pissed in the middle of the floor. No one else probably would have noticed any difference.
Food and girls were ok.

Got take out had great service but got home and my wings weren’t the flavor I ordered :(I thought when you say spicy garlic you actually get spicy garlic. So disappointed!

I was very surprised at the outstanding customer service provided by the hostess and my server. They are very professional, something I was certainly not expecting. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time at a restaurant. I will be back very soon !

Took my kids to this Hooters for dinner. After sitting for almost 20 minutes being completely ignored we left. Maybe they should hire some waiters.

I’ve been here many times over the years not by choice, but because the people I was with wanted to eat there. The last time i came here I ordered food for pick up and when i came in no one spoke or even acknowledged me, I walked over to the bar and stood there for about 5 or 10 minutes before a lady working the bar ask if she could help me. Most likely I won’t be back.

Ordered a beer «that beer is no longer available» yet it is plastered in pictures everywhere in restaurant. Ordered beer cheese pretzels «we no longer carry those» yet giant picture on menu. Hooters has gone down hill, will no be coming back as there are way to many choices within a half mile radius. Service is one sided anyways, waitresses cater to single guys and leave families searching for service.

My first time being in a Hooters and it’s not at all like I thought it would be. I sat at the bar and Chondra waited on me and gave great service.
The wings bone in & out were great. I also had a drink called the orange shorts and it was very delicious and sweet, with whipped vodka and patron citronge, mmmm!!!
I will make my way back here again.

Great place to visit! This Hooters has the best customer service! Ask for Annie, she is awesome and hilarious!

Friendly fast service. Got the 6.99 wings with ranch and fries. boneless wings special on wed. Very good value and it is quite filling. I have been coming to hooters for many years. Food is always good and the girls are always really nice.

15 minutes wait to order our food. Waitress use napkins to write down what we selected to eat. Our curly fries came out 10 minutes after our wings. No refills on drinks. Fries were cold when it was brought out. Waited 20 minutes after our meal to get our check. I dont recommend this place and not going back anytime soon or never will.

Nothing to write about except never got served… even after stopping another waitress working the section next to the section next to ours… after 13 minutes of just sitting there, we gave up and left

I like hooters the restaurant ain’t bad either.
Small location. Food is great as always. Wing game on point.

This Hooters is always popping when I come in. The girls are nice and fit the true stereotype of a Hooter’s girl. And they have more than just one AA female which adds a star (if you fstw about that, shrugs it’s reality cause most of the ones I’ve patronized only have one if that)
The wings are hot & delicious though the hot really isn’t all that hot. And the 3 mile is way too hot so I’m going to need them to find a better middle ground. Love the curly fries though they need more seasonings… and I’d pass on the new regular cut fries they are offering. Though neither are fancy or plentiful enough to warrant the $ 3 price tag.
TVs galore, bathroom was clean though cramped and dated with only one working sink. The really big plus side is I saw one of the girls used a paper towel to open the bathroom door as she was leaving. My heart was filled with so much germaphobic joy… I can only hope she isn’t the only one!

Times must be hard. Beer now has a 2 inch head and bowls of soup are only half full.
EDIT: Girls are very friendly, so that helps.

Went here for lunch on a Friday with a group from work. I had the chicken sandwich with fries and the hubby had a baja burger with a garden salad. The fries looked and tasted like they were cooked two days ago and the balsamic vinaigrette was congealed somehow so those aspects were unappealing.
The chicken sandwich and burger were pretty good though, and our waitress was incredibly nice (albeit slow… over 1.5 hours spent there for lunch). It’s Hooters, it’s bar food, what can you say?
