Let me start by saying this was my favorite place to get BBQ in Willowbrook. I’ve been to this restaurant many times and never had a complaint. Tonight was the worst experience. A group of 6 of us were seated at 7:30 and by 8:15 still didn’t have our main courses. When it did arrive it was lukewarm. Service was slow(despite the empty restaurant) and our waitress was clearly having a bad day. The manager said our food was late because of the steak cooking time but never addressed our complaints about the service. No apologies offered. Sad to say our group won’t be going back.

Visited the restaurant this evening. Seated quickly. Servers friendly but are probably a little chilly in their attire. Don’t recommend this for kids. Food was ok. Sides were cold. Server Rebel, brought more. She was great. Offered suggestions for drinks and dinner. Brisket was tender needed some flavor. Bbq was steak sauce with some extra sugar and spice. First time visitors get a free appetizer on next visit. Overall this was a one and done restaurant.

Step aside Good Company BBQ with your stingy sauce and tough dry cheap meat and rude Mex servers! There’s a new BBQ Sherif in Houston and it’s Bone Daddy’s with some of the best tender juicy brisket in Texas! Not to mention the best BBQ Beans ever known to man, fresh cut fried okra and huge menu selections. And service beyond belief from any of the beautiful, not overly dressed, professional waitresses, like Ainsley. And my request for extra sauce resulted in a whole bottle of steaming hot BBQ sauce, to die for and draft beers galore! I’ll be watching the Texans from there on any of the dozens of big screen TVs. Restaurants and service this good are hard to find and the manager, Kevin, personally made sure I was pleased! Five stars is not good enough!

Had a rare night to myself and came here to enjoy a cold beer and the scenery. The scenery was great, but my first two choices of draft beer were rejected because of equipment issues. Not good. Sort of took the fizzle out of the evening when I couldn’t even enjoy my favorite beer because of ongoing tap issues. Mixed about coming back.

Service was awesome. Beers ice cold. Food suck. And the manager was rude. I’ll eat at home before coming out here. I don’t mind seating at the bar enjoying an Ice cold beer and great service. But food and the manager is no good. I explained the beans taste like ranch style beans he said yes they are and next Time I come back not to order them . Lol, for real ???

Only ate here once and it was terrible. We got a roasted chicken for everyone to share and it was undercooked and had raw parts, and we were already disappointed since they were out of the first three things we tried to order and it had such little flavor. A roasted chicken from Kroger tasted better! I won’t be back!

I’m going to bombshell all my fellow Unilocalers and say that I have nothing but good things to say about t his particular location. The main attraction on the menu that jumps at you if you can get past the bbq would be the beer bottom chicken for $ 14. They make these to par according to what they think will be ordered as to not have any left-overs. If you happened to have been unlucky 11 of the 10 that they probably made for that shift well the next option you have is to wait around 45 minutes for them to prepare you a fresh one. It came out pretty tender with lots of hint of smoke. My first night here I was on the fence between the pork ribs and the Baby back ribs, I opted for the pork ribs. Do yourself a favor and order the baby back ribs as I could not find the right tenderness that I expected from other bbq places that are high end. It’s decent and the bbq sauce is good but still go for the baby backs. The bbq sauce comes from used(and I assume cleaned) beer bottles. You will notice that the bottle and sauce are warm. This is a great concept as the same when places will put a gallon of bbq sauce in a pot and heat it up. Here it is at your table, warm and ready for you to accidently pick it up and almost drink it straight because you are in your conscience thinking that it is your beer. I have to mention the service. Being half full both my visits the sweeties always came around at intervals that do not disturb your eating session. Alexis being my first service and the other tall blond will make you feel comfortable and that everything will be all right with them. Also noted is I viewed the manager would come around randomly to each table and ask if everything is ok. You don’t get that at too many bbq places. There is a nice selection of tapped beer in the neighborhood of around 10 I believe I saw. Most noted if you are on a budget side are the $ 2 millers and another beer I cannot recall. Oh, a big thing with me that they have, the restroom door has a toe device that you can use to open the door instead of opening the public handle exposing yourself to the masses that do not wash their paws after using the restroom. The only thing missing would be a sink right outside the restroom that way everybody can see who does and who doesn’t wash their hands, yucky! A short note about this place is the waitresses are kind of set up just like Hooter girls but with BBQ. Nothing wrong with eye candy right?

Waited 10 mins and not once did a server come by. She sure went to other tables. When we got up to leave she thanked us for coming! How dense can you be.

I can start by saying the food was excellent! Had the sliced brisket and peppered turkey with the spuds and macaroni and cheese. Also if that wasn’t enough I just had to try the banana pudding which was amazing. Our server was very kind! It was lunch time and the place was full so as full as it was she was still making sure we had everything we needed. I love how there are many tvs around it seems like a great place to watch some football. I would highly recommend this place. I would say 1,000,000 times better than hooters or tilted kilt.

Really ONE star but I’m gonna add another star because the male chauvinistic pig in me likes the occasional bare-midriff. The interior certainly looks the part with a very large bar and various HDTV screens with sports. Service was good as expected. No complaints. But the food… oh man was it a big let down. If you’re craving BBQ, you might as well head on over to the nearest Rudy’s, especially if you want creamed corn. The BBQ itself was so bland I remember drowning them in sauce. I’m sure that isn’t the selling point of this establishment, however. If you don’t care what your BBQ tastes like, and you appreciate attractive girls and enjoy cheap drinks, then this is the place for you.

Great 2 meat platter. Brisket and hot links was very tasty and good smoke flavor. Okra side dish was very good and seasoned well. Potato salad side was a disappointment. It was very dry and tasted like it had no mayonnaise or mustard. :-( Server was very nice and attentive which rounded out the meal and made us feel welcomed.

Eh. This place is fine. The food is ok, but there’s nothing special about it. The«roadhouse spuds» are delicious and the mac & cheese is pretty good. The glazed ham is great, but the rest of the meat is just ok. Service is slow and our waitress completely forgot our appetizer. I don’t think i’ll be back here… espeically since there are much better BBQ places less than 5 miles away.

2.5 stars at most. Place wasn’t that crowded & service was slow. Beer Can Chicken was nothing special. $ 29 Medium Ribeye Steak was burnt & bland. The best part of the night was hot towels brought out by bartender when were about to leave. Will not be back.

I loved the bbq. They have spicy fried okra which was awesome. Next time… I will also get potato salad as a side to help balance out the spicy yummy bbq. Great service too!

I made a Togo order for my crush Patrick B. I’ve never been here nor seen it. It’s right across from costco! Making the order by phone was easy, however they cannot tell you your total over the phone since they have to ring it up when it comes out they say. The pulled pork sandwich looks delicious! I ordered fries and beans for sides. When you walked in majority of the girls are usually slender, pretty, blonde, with stylish jean shorts. The crowd is mostly men coming out for a beer or to watch the game. My only complaint is that they’re a little skimpy on the fries and beans and bbq sauce it came with. The pulled pork was an adequate amount however the bun looks very«bun ey» like more bread. It’s similar to hamburger bun. The total ended up being around $ 10. See photo

Hmmmm what can I say, since this place has been open, lol I’ve been 3 times… I think I might like this place?! Whatcha think? No, really, I LOVE their BBQ. I have tried the pulled pork and the cut BBQ brisket. They both are very moist and full of smokey goodness! Oh, don’t forget to try the beans. If you like baked beans, they won’t disappoint. I recently tried their creamed corn and wasn’t too impressed. It was crunch, almost raw corn vs. cooked, chopped, and creamy corn. I prefer Rudy’s BBQ creamed corn. Next time, I will give another side a try. The place is a lot more classier than your typical Hooters(which I loath that place), with the sports bar atmosphere. The ladies are always friendly, cute, and very at tentative to their tables. We haven’t received bad service yet from any of the ladies here. Ladies, I am about 5’5″, so if you are my height or shorter, I recommend sitting in a booth. I cannot touch my feet on the foot rests on the stools. Then I feel like my feet are dangling free the entire meal and I just feel like I am going to fall flat on my face. The booths are much more comfortable. Guys, they have lots of BIGTV’s and lots of sports airing. You’ll love the food, scenery, and beer!

I have eaten at Bone Daddy’s before while in Dallas on business trips so I kind of knew what to expect. This property is identical to the ones I have experienced in décor except that it is a little smaller. On my first visit here I tried their ½ chicken dinner with beans and roadhouse spuds. It also came with a large roll. The entrée was a 3 all around… chicken, beans(pinto) and spuds were nothing great but ok. The roll was a 4. Really good! This was on a Saturday for lunch and business was slow. Service was good. On my second try, I had the sliced brisket sandwich which came with fries and the beans again. Again a 3 but nothing more. This time I came on a Friday for lunch and they were slammed. My waitress told me that their weekday lunch time is the most busiest. Keep that in mind if you come here. You don’t come here for the food. It is passable BBQ but only a 3 and no more. There is far better BBQ around here than Bone Daddy’s. Your best option near here is It’s Ribs at Jones and 1960 about 2 miles from here. You come here for the atmosphere. The décor is nice, there are plenty of large screen TV’s and they have a full bar. Along with that are the waitresses. These girls are between 18 and maybe? 24 years old and very attractive. They all wear blue jean short shorts along with tops that are sometimes scanty and other times somewhat conservative along with bare midriffs. Will I go back, maybe. But I am not in a hurry…

So I’m a fan. Tried to come here the other day and was sadly disappointed that they were closed. Decided to give it another whirl tonight and I can say I am very happy I went back. Décor: it’s pretty divey looking. They did a good job decorating it and converting it from the horrible Mexican place it replaced. Drinks: they have an okay bee assortment and very few«mixed drinks», but a nice alcohol selection of you know what you like. Food: pretty good selection here too. If it’s BBQ and you want it, they have it. Nice assortment of ribs, and sandwiches. I had the spicy pulled pork and sale sandwich. Was delish but to my surprise the sandwich wasn’t the star of meal. It was the beans. They were perfect, delicious, and damn. I will get them again. Overall I had a great experience. The wait staff were attentive and prompt. Food was good, and nice smoke free atmosphere.
