Came to buy a new phone for a family member. They kept offering stuff all the time after I’ve said no a few times and the wait took a while. Another time I came and some worker had said I was able to get a free phone BUT I had to buy a phone case in order to receive it. UM. No I don’t? Really? I know they get paid off of commission also, so «slamming» on a customer is very misleading. Beware! If you’re the only person in the store all eyes are on you. Awk

Place always stays busy but I don’t blame them — their customer service is through the roof and are always willing to help! Wait times are nothing when at the end of a visit you feel like a valued customer ! I will continue to come here even though I pass a T-​Mobile store to get here — place is smaller than other locations but they have everything you need to troubleshoot phones, transfer contacts and they always have the newest phones the day it gets released.
