The service is not good and it feels more like a doctors office than a medical«spa». I had laser hair removal done here with no results and a subsequent 2nd degree burn which is still scarred. I then had to redo all body parts elsewhere with significantly improved results, no burns and hardly any pain even in sensitive areas. The laser used here is less than adequate. Facial services vary according to technician who is constantly changing. Lastly, DONOT give this place your phone number. They will call you continuously with«promotions» and to solicit your business. I have asked at least TWENTY times when speaking to a live person to be taken off their list and continue to get calls regularly. Very aggravating.

Love, love, love this place! Some services offered: facials, Botox, laser, wraps, peels, etc. There seems to be an endless list of amenities and services available at reasonable prices. They even have skin care lines(medical grade) & make up. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable & she really has a great eye for targeting areas that may need tweaking or improvement. There’s never a hard sell to purchase unnecessary products or services. They completely cater to your needs! Highly recommend! Several of my close friends are regular patients/clients here at Feel & Live Better Medical Spa.(It is located next to Phoenicia, behind Papadeaux’s on Westheimer, just west of the Beltway). Happy beautifying to you!

Love, love, love this spa! Great staff and products. Skip the others and call for an appointment. The medical procedures and skin treatments are very professional. All the staff are professional and want their clients to have the best outcome! Highly recommend!(My friends are always commenting that my skin looks great and I look at least 5 yrs younger!)

Very pushy on selling there products kinda felt to the point of being uncomfortable. Even after saying no I was still being offered other creams and lotions. got to the point that i just wanted to end my session early and just leave. Very annoying I won’t be coming back.

I hated the unsightly veins on my legs for years… but finally decided to see what could be done. I was fortunate in finding Feel & Live Better in my own neighborhood. I love convenience! The treatment took about half an hour. I felt the treatment room and procedure was very sanitary. The doctor was very efficient and talked me through the process. She made me feel safe and comfortable. The procedure itself is not pain-free — how could it be when needles are involved? But she made it as painless as possible. For aftercare, I had to wear support hose for three days, and massage the bruises with oil to help them heal quickly. I was very happy with the result. I hadn’t realized how much younger my legs would look without all the blue lines! I have a few little spider veins left, and will have go back to have those touched up with laser.

I bought the groupon for a Hydrafacial – was silly not to google first to see what exactly this is, but I’m glad I did it. The procedure itself is painless and not unpleasant: it’s a cold, wet, metal suction against your skin which infuses a hydrating serum, but I will say that it has a pretty strong pulling sensation that may feel slightly uncomfortable on more sensitive areas of the face. My skin feels MUCH softer and smoother as a result. Therapist Michelle was on the goofy side and made me laugh a few times. I’d do it again! The reason for 4-star versus 5-star has to do with… general stuff outside of the procedure, more business-related. I can be a bit squeamish and nitpicky, but I think the business could upgrade its appearance/attractiveness by taking care of a few easy things: –Upon walking in, there were pamphlets on the floor, and on the waiting room table the pamphlets were disorganized like crazy. -‘Tis a medical spa, so the feel is clinical(just to keep in mind). The one thing I took issue with: the band used to keep my hair back appeared very used and had stains on it. I may be inordinately picky, but these are relatively cheap to replace, I think? Also, they take before and after pictures for your treatments… and the picture-taking session requires you to rest your chin on a metal plate which isn’t covered with anything. However, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that this is sanitized, hah. –The website makes me cringe. I’ll never say that having a good website makes you a better business, but it really, really helps, particularly for people that may judge a book by its cover. Guilty.
