Lalili Nails & Spa

I’m new to this area and have been driving across town to go to my usual nail tech but I decided to try to find a shop nearby and I am confident I have found a new nail tech at this salon. Lee is amazing. She pays great attention to detail. She was neat, the salon is clean and comfortable. I got an acrylic refill with shellac polish for $ 35 which is much cheaper than what I usually pay. If you’re looking for an affordable salon without sacrificing quality, this salon is it!!!

Went in this evening as a first timer, exited knowing I will be coming back! This nail salon is peaceful, the techs are detailed/​attentive, and prices are super reasonable! I am in absolute love with me refill and pedi! Posted a picture as well!

So first of any, found this nail shop on Unilocal had 5 stars I’m all about the stars. Lol so I had to try them out! Shellac/​full set with minimal design.
Pros: Trish was attentive, informative, patient and quite creative she actually picked out the nail design due to me not favoring the color much totally fell in love with it BTW!
Cons: Went through a couple colors, had to shape more then normal (coffin shaped) still wasn’t exactly how I wanted but close enough.
To include, did not favor the color much could see the lines due to it being so so light. So I called Trish about 30 minutes after I left and asked her could I change my color to a darker shade tomorrow w/​the same design she checked her schedule for me& stated it would be fine (: My heart melted good customer service all around from Trish. Lee was great as well a couple customers asked for her personally and left with smiles so hey… My point of waiting and calling after my service was fulfilled was to see exactly how the situation/​I would be handled per my issue. Resolved !! Ding, ding, ding. 3 stars for now will give update when time permits.

This is now my fourth time back to Lalili Nail and Spa, and the experience has been just as wonderful as the last. I wish I could give them more than just 5 stars. I will always be back.

I’m new to Houston so I picked a salon simply on Unilocal reviews and was not disappointed! This place was wonderful! I’ve had many pedicures in my life and would definitely rate this one at the top of the list.
I’ve had pedicures in the past where I felt the person was just rushing through me to get on to the next customer. Not the case here at all! She took her time and was very gentle with my feet (no tickling when they scrub is always a plus in my book) and the leg and foot massage was so great I nearly fell asleep. If I could give this place ten stars I would. I highly recommend it and will return in the future!

at first because of the wait time I was pissed but then Shawn apologized and all was forgiven. I will visit again, Im happy.

I loooooove Lalili Nails! Choo gave me the best pedicure that I have had in a long time. I am a repeat customer, but she is new. She massaged the heck out of my legs and feet! I tend to walk barefoot a lot (bad I know) and she paid attention to detail on every toe and the balls of my feet, too. Tina did my manicure and it was good as well. She is the owner and is very nice and very helpful. I used to get acrylics but decided to grow them out. They do a great job on the pink and white. I am always pleased when I leave here. They don’t try to rush you out at all. If you are looking to be pampered, please give them a try.

Great place! Several repeat customers came in while I was there, which is a good sign. Sean was very thorough and friendly. Definitely going back!

I got a flyer in the mail to check this place out. It’s fantastic! My daughter and I went about noon on a Sunday and we were the only ones there initially. Tina appeared to be the manager/​owner and she introduced herself after we got settled. Kim gave me an amazing pedicure that was not short on time or effort. She really paid attention to details! Place was clean, neat, and the workers were friendly. I can be pretty picky about nail salons and I have no complaints about this one!

I went here for many times and didn’t want to go anywhere else until I moved out of town. This place is clean and the workers seem so nice. They listened to what I want and gave me the ideas which one is the best for me. I love this place. When I go back to Houston, I will come here for my nails.
