Ok so my nails usually are very nice … But it’s seems like when I get my toes done they always rush them. It’s a spa your supposed to relax but no only that the paint is usually not always painted very well ! Plus they’re VERYSHORT on staff. So your either waiting or being rushed !!

Don’t waste your money!!! I used to come to this nail salon back in 2012 and had pretty good service, but their shellac would always chip and peel. Fast forward to this past Saturday, I decided to give them another try. I asked for the shellac #50; which was a dark purple… or so I thought. I also opted to get rhinestones at the bottom of my nails. When the male technician applied the first coat of gel polish, I said«wow, that looks blue.» He replied«no it’s just a really dark purple.» I said«ok, because I don’t like blue on my nails.» He agreed and continued. I didn’t realize that I was actually correct until I got home. Sunday morning I woke up and noticed one of my rhinestones was missing… I thought to myself«Really? After just one day?» Here it is Monday afternoon and three rhinestones were missing. So, I decided to stop by and let them correct their mistakes. The guy who originally did my nails was out, so a young lady was putting my rhinestones back on. During our conversation, I brought up the color issue and she asked which number I had chosen. I said 50. So, she grabs the little display and agreed the color looked purple and asked if I wanted to change the color. She also stated the display«must have faded» because it’s dark blue. I said yes and she said she would have to charge me $ 15 for it. I explained I didn’t feel it was right for them to try to charge me for their mistake and requested to speak to the manager. She stated she was the manager. Please imagine the shock on my face. She said because it had been two days, she would not change it unless I paid. I explained to her that brought this up during my initial visit, yet her staff provided false information. Needless to say, I advised her that this would be my final visit and left.

Fabulous salon!!! Love Cindy & Bin, very attentive and sweet! The reviews on here do not reflect the salon, they’re so old. Thankful for them and their great service!!!

Very clean nail shop, they have a great selection of OPI polish. I am giving 4 stars only because the nail tech’s aren’t very outgoing, conversation was very minimum.

I’m so disappointed in this place. I started coming here excited to have a nail salon closer to my house. The new change in management is terrible. The manager has given me both a pedicure and has done my nails and I have been disappointed both times. She doesn’t care about the customer. She tore my cuticuls both times. She was rushing and there was no one waiting after me. The polish was applied too thick and began to bubble. So disgusted. I will not return.

Feet smooth? Check. Polish still in tact? Check. Painting in the lines? Not so much. She didnt look like she really knew what she was doing. When she was removing my dead skin, she just kept going back and forth from foot to foot only because I kept looking at my feet to make sure she was actually working on them. I did receive a stamp card to get a free pedicure… do I want to accumulate stamps for a free one? Probably not.
