Fitzgerald’s Renovation Service

i have used Fitgerald’s for 2 projects so far, and have been generally really pleased. Their paint work is of really good quality, and I really appreciated how Nita, the owner, took the time to explain to me why she made certain product choices that were different than what other contractors had used on my home in the past.
We are now in the middle of a larger project that required sheetrock and electrical work, and I do admire how she really coordinates her schedules with subcontractors. It saved me a lot of time as a working person (meeting with subs to make sure my needs are understood), and I really appreciate that.
Of course any job like this takes longer than you think it should, and costs more than you originally think it will. But Fitzgerald’s knows its business, and while their bid wasn’t the lowest, I knew based on our previous work that she was going to come in at or under the estimate (as long as I didn’t make changes).
Overall I’ve been super happy with the quality and satisfied with the time it has taken to do the job. I’m confident that this is going to be a long term relationship as we move through projects around this old Heights house.
