Nothing was wrong with the customer service or the concept behind the product. We LOVED the idea and couldn’t wait to get our «rug» home. However, one of our dogs ended being severely allergic to the rug and it had to go. FLOR let us return the tiles after we explained to them the situation. Only giving 3 stars since the «eco-​friendly» product wasn’t so eco-​friendly.

Super friendly, very helpful, and I love their location. My husband and I have been talking about putting these in our home for months. We finally got down to their showroom one Saturday evening and were pleased with our experience from start to finish.
We ordered several different patterns and sizes. The company does an excellent job of keeping you up to date on the status of your order and our boxes arrived on time as expected.
I will update in a few months with how the squares actually hold up over time. So far I love the look, the versatility, and the ability to change them out if one gets damaged without having to replace the entire rug. When you have two BIG dogs like us this factor alone is crucial in your high traffic areas like stairs and hallways.
The best part about going with FLOR is that when you are tired of a certain design they have so many cool options to choose from that are surprisingly more affordable than an entire rug.
If you love to design things or it’s something you are starting to get into then you will enjoy the flexibility of the various sizes, shapes, and patterns.

How excited was I to find out that FLOR, which I’d first read about in Martha Stewart Living, was opening up a store in my building? Sixty percent excited. You see, I had not heard this and just one week before, I’d ordered a not-​customizable, plain ol’ rug off the internet. And it’d arrived. And we’d rolled it out. And our bebe cats had rolled their fur onto it.
So I’m stuck with a rug that’s just OK, but I really want to get in on the ground FLOR. (HA I KILL MYSELF.) We needed a kitchen rug to stop things from spilling on the wood floor, and I wanted an inside doormat.
The woman at the store was super helpful, pulling out all of their samples and spending a lot of time showing me the millions of options they’ve got. They order the rug squares for you online, and they get to your house within a week! Also, since we live here, we got a discount. And the rug is amazing. Love.
