I’m reminded of NYC juice bars. Prices are a little high but thats anticipated with the area. Menu has numerous juices and smoothies to choose from. Smoothies are well made and there’s plenty of great outdoor seating. I recommend Frankie Says Relax

Great place with great people working inside. Tried a few varieties in their smoothies, and the Popeye is my favorite so far. Head’s up: It’s not cheap, but it’s juices and smoothies with fresh ingredients so you get what you pay for. They have a cute little seating area outside, so I hope more people find this place and take advantage.

This is my first time at flow juice bar but I’ve heard of it before and was excited to try it. The shop front is small but there’s plenty of chairs outside to sit happily and sip your juice or smoothie. The inside decoration is typical for a green organic clean healthy juice place. Their hours are everyday 7−7pm which is pretty awesome for breakfast, lunch, late afternoon, and dinner pump up. The server was really nice, relatively knowledgeable, and definitely helped direct me to make my own choice. There are smoothies and juices and two sizes to choose from: 12 or 16 ounce I believe. $ 7 or $ 7.5 for 12 or 9 $ or $ 9.5 for 16 ounce for smoothies and juices respectively. I chose the matcha Mia smoothie. I was excited for the green tea taste, but the drink did not turn out to taste how I thought it would. It’s supposed to have coconut milk, mango, pineapple, and green tea matcha powder. It was not sour at all and tastes mostly of coconut milk and matcha, with a faint hint of mango. I was hoping it would be a little stronger in taste. It was refreshing and great consistency nonetheless. I would probably try another flavor next time. They also sell cold pressed juices to go, apparently if you bring your cold pressed bottle back next time you get 10% off!

This is a great little juice bar. I went on a Sunday morning and had no problem finding parking(it’s right next to Tasting Room). I’m actually glad this place faces the street so it’s easier to pop in and out since Uptown gets really busy sometimes. The space itself is tiny, and the only seating is outside. The juice is delicious. I had the Bounce Back which is a mix of cucumber, kale, turmeric, mint and pineapple. It was a perfect combination of greens and fruit. I also had their rolled oats and cocoa for breakfast, which was amazing. They had some delicious looking salads and smoothies that I’ll definitely be back for.

This place is only 2 months old. I’ve been seeing the sign for it on the Uptown Park marquee and I finally decided to stop by. First, it was really hard to find :-(like really hard. It is in Uptown Park, but it faces Uptown Park Blvd., which means it is around back facing the street and not a facing the Pavillion like most of the business. I circled 3 times and even passed right by it before I finally asked a valet where it was. Also, the closest parking is street parking and there is no indoor seating, only a patio. Okay, on to the juice! I actually got a smoothie — The Strawberry Delight — and it tasted delish, not overly sweet like the smoothies I have had other places. I also got a cold-pressed Bounce Back juice, but I have not tried it yet. I experienced good service. No one else was in the establishment and the young man that helped me gave a recommendation and personalized my smoothie. I think this is a great juice joint with a possibly difficult location. My 12 oz.(small) smoothie was $ 7. My cold-pressed juice was $ 7.95, so… yeah…it is not cheap, but none of these places like this are. They also have cleanses and they make fresh juice daily. I will definitely be back, but due to the tricky parking, I probably won’t come here if I’m in a hurry. I gave five stars because of the taste of the smoothie, but if I have a hard time parking next time, I might take off a star.
