Online said the shoe was in stock and can be picked up at the store when I got there the sales agent said they don’t carry the shoe and that he is unable to check the other stores by using the product number to see if they have the shoe available. When I called the other stores they said he could have looked up that product if you wanted to. Crappy customer service.

You can probably derive my entire experience from the dialogue between myself and the employees. I walked in and asked where to find their running/training section. An employee points to the back corner. I ask for a size 9 in a shoe. An employee nods his head, hands me the display shoe and grabs me its pair. I check out and the employee tells me the amount. That’s it. No dialogue. Refer back to my first sentence.
