Old Navy

Overpriced clothes but actually nice looking. I don’t want to pay $ 30 for a blouse, though. Took out their maternity and plus size section. Wont be coming back. Maybe for their 2/​$ 5 flip flops durinf summer. Maybe.

Wow, this place carries like one thing in stock in each dept, no, really, one thing.

I like Old Navy’s clothing but I do not like walking into the most disgusting bathroom on the face of this earth. I thought I had see the most disgusting bathroom on the face of this earth when I visited a truck stop near Centerville on my way to Dallas… until I went to this Old Navy location. I thought scenes like this only existed in horror films and bad dreams.
Gross people — take some pride in your store please and clean this bathroom for your customers.

Okay, you may not think so, but Old Navy Gulfgate location is the best one. They always still have the best «non-​picked through» stuff that the other more popular locations are lacking. But what drives this store, more than the ridiculously low prices, the selection and the locale (right by my office) by FAR, is the customer service at this particular Old Navy.
Just the other day I was in there, minding my own business and going through the $ 5 swimsuit rack, when i heard a voice:
Felicia: «Excuse me miss»
Me: «Yes?»
Felicia: «I just have to tell you, I really like your style. Like all of it, the hair, the clothes, everything.»
Me: (blushing): «THANK YOU!»
Felicia’s coworker (A DUDE) to Felicia: «Um. Do you know her?»
Felicia to DUDE coworker: «No. I don’t, but that doesn’t matter. I’m gonna compliment a girl when she looks nice. I’m not a HATER, I am an appreciator, and a celebrator.»
Now a little known fact is: My whole adult life, I have been complimenting complete strangers (women) if they deserved it. And up until that moment, I don’t think I’d ever actually been on the receiving end of a random accolade. But here I was, face to face with a genuine karmic compliment!
So I continued shopping and was ready to GET OUT with my compliment and my $ 10 swimsuit. Along I roll over to Tyneshia, working the register. She is super sweet. I asked her about another swimsuit, which they didn’t have, I asked about a pair of sunglasses (which they also didn’t have), but either way, Tyneshia completed the superb customer service experience and i am hooked on my Gulfgate location for LIFE.
