Purchased a Swiss Made automatic from this store in December 2014. In June of 2015 I noticed that when I gently tapped my watch, something loose inside would rattle. I went by the store and they sent in the watch to their warranty repair center, Metro Service Center. I received the watch two weeks later but the rattle was even louder and one of the straps was detached from the watch. I took it into this store again today, explained to a store employee what happened, and she offered to exchange my watch for a brand new one. The strap on my old watch was creased from wearing, but she still exchanged it for a new one. The ladies there went above and beyond great customer service.

Went to get a battery replacement on my watch and was told it would take 30 minutes. Gave them my info and left. Came back and the store was packed! I stood in front of the counter and was immediately helped. They gave me my watch, battery replaced, and said«no charge,» because I was waiting! So nice :)

The retail store is pretty small, with just a moderate variety of products. I would have thought the selection would be better. And the prices are definitely full retail! almost double what you can buy the same Fossil items for elsewhere.
