This is a very bad place to live. They do not care about the residents. Everything that you would be worried about in moving to an apartment is a problem here. There are lots of cosmetic problems, from them painting over everything and not cleaning the problem. So the black mold come back within a month, by then all the paint will also be flicking off the tub so your children cannot take a sanitary bath. Another problem is the lack of consistent pest control. I am a very clean person and not only do we have roaches but there are also MICE. They will turn off the water (sometimes only the hot or cold but usually both) with no warning, and not have any answers when you ask about it. I know it is a cheap alternative, but don’t do it to yourself.
