Webster, TX
They can try and revamp the complex with a paint job, but it is still run down. There are break-​ins often, even during the day! It takes the office weeks to acknowledge maintenance work orders… Air conditioners aren’t an exception. The leasing agents are great… Until you sign a lease. After that, they are awful. Stay away if you can help it. The cheap rent seems nice, but NOT worth it.
