I was promised a lot and the only exlusiveness I got was a $ 5,000 tab to which I’ve disputed this fee with my credit card company and I’m filing a Better Business Bureau complaint. While Frank is experienced and offers great motivation… the guaranteed 1-​to-​1 training and committment to customer service is where things don’t go so well. This business is growing and it can’t handle it’s current client load. I was pushed in and out and can argue getting personal training from any other gym would be better. At least I’d get my full 30 minutes.
