Pretty good stuff. Really expensive though, $ 6 fruit juices and $ 5 froyos are definitely too expensive for what you get.

I had the bangkok burrito I didn’t mind the price. But for the love of god add seasoning to the food. Completely bland. I also didn’t like it was dripping in sauce, so the tortilla was wet, mushy and unappetizing. I sat there trying to eat it with a fork but was sadly disappointed with just the flavor of the sauce. I couldn’t enjoy the vegetables. Also whom ever is cooking the rice is messing up big time. It’s always under cooked I’m ALWAYS!

I don’t know how I feel about this place yet honestly. I see people eating it like it’s really good so I decided to get it. I got the Buddha satay with chicken. I can’t comment much about the food but the worker asked me again if I got chicken and I had to tell her that I did. The food tastes okay, I wish I spent it elsewhere because it wasn’t for me lol. I ended up throwing my food away since it was gross and bought something from mcds LOL

Deciding to buy lunch here was both a waste of my time and money. I ordered the Bangkok burrito and added chicken. The lady who took my order claimed that all burritos were grilled. I watched my order being made and my burrito was slapped on a panini press for no more than a minute or two. Seriously not enough time to heat up something as massive as this burrito. When I opened my burrito, it was half warm and half cold. I took a bite into it and was immediately disappointed. The chicken was bland and dry. Everything else in the burrito was just as flavorless. Not even the Sriracha hot sauce was able to save this disaster of a burrito. Do NOT spend your money here. You will not be happy!

I really wanted to like this place. I’ve tried it several times over the last year, but it has managed to fail every time. What I do like: the fact that they give you the option to order a variety of different customized menu items, from salads to bowls to wraps. I usually order a salad or bowl using this ordering method. What I dislike: the service and the food, which is basically about 95% of the business. The service is EXTREMELY incompetent. The employees here have probably messed up my order more than half of the times I’ve been here. I was just here about an hour ago, in fact, and I ordered a salad with additional«speciality» toppings of almonds and avocado(these are toppings that have an extra cost, as opposed to the six toppings included in salad price). Both of those items appear on my receipt, and so I was certainly charged for them. Yet the employees working on the food line managed to not add either of them to my order. So, yeah, I just gave Freshii an extra $ 2 for nothing. Yay. I would of course have complained while there, but I brought the salad with me to a location across campus and don’t have the time to now walk all the way back. As for the food, it’s often very bland if not downright gross. I just ordered a salad with the Greek yogurt ranch dressing, which sounded great in theory. But the dressing was tasteless and even quite watery. Nasty. I don’t know why I’ve given this place so many chances. I guess maybe it’s partly because I badly want a «healthy» place like this to be successful on campus. Unfortunately, however, I think this will have to be my last time at Freshii. This place seriously does not deserve the business that it gets. The lines and waits are always ridiculously long here, despite these huge problems. Hopefully everyone else eventually realizes as I have that it’s just not worth giving this Freshii any more opportunities to take our money for such worthless service and disgusting food.

Most of the food there is ok but not worth the price for the quantity you receive. Also they always get my custom order wrong and takes them 2 – 3 times of messing up to finally get it right. The manager and employers are usually nice and friendly. If you eat there the best thing to get in my opinion is a fiesta salad. The food is always fresh whenI have eaten there.

This place is the worst. It’s mediocre, none of the stuff is good, and it’s expensive! I mean I understand that they use fresh ingredients that are costly but if you’re gonna charge me so much, I expect it to taste good! The first time I came here, my friend and I wanted to grab a bite on campus but nothing was appealing so I just got a smoothie, it tasted like a yogurt dipping sauce for spring rolls and just made me sick. My friend got a bowl which she did not like. The second time I decided to try it out was recently because I am now vegan my options are limited at the UC and my cousin was like«oh I heard the green wrap was good» so I got the green wrap. The collard greens are literally almost impossible to eat, it’s so chewy my jaw was starting to hurt. I couldn’t even swallow it because it wasn’t breaking down as I chewed so I just spit it out and I had to open it up and eat quinoa, cabbage, carrots, and edamame pease with a fork. It so is not worth it and I don’t understand why the line is so long. They also take foreverrrr to make your food. My cousin was practically done with her lunch before I even got back to the table.

Decided to give them another try since this place is the closest to healthy on campus. I ordered a TexMex burrito and instead I got a rice burrito. No exaggeration. I shouldve took a picture but I was angry and threw it away. The rice wasn’t even good, it was hard and crunchy. How can this place be called freshii when it’s not fresh!!!

You’re better off buying a bag of greens and eating them plain, it would probably taste better than most of their salads.

1. Expensive as hell for basically a bunch of vegetarian crap. 2. If you don’t put a lot of siracha nothing really taste good here. 3. Sometimes they run out of things. Like the feta cheese for example. 4. You’re better off risking diabetes at McDonald’s than wasting your money here. 5. Please replace this place with a five guys or a chipotle.

It is always great when you have healthy options you can choose from but this place makes me want to eat the other bad choices that are housed at the UC at UH. The food is very expensive and although the healthier choice, it just doesnt taste good. I have ordered both the burritos and soups, 2 things that are hard to get wrong. The baja burrito has quinoa, salsa, onions, and for additional fee of $ 1.40 bits of tofu. The only thing I could really taste from the burrito was the quinoa as it has tons of it. In fact, over 75% of the burrito is quinoa. All for a whopping $ 9. Although I was able to maintain my clean eating, I basically over paid for a tortilla and quinoa. I recommend you add siracha sauce as this is the only flavor that saves it. If you must eat healthy and clean, then you should definitely try this place just to fill your belly!

I’m just happy to have a fresh and healthy option at the UC. It is really pricey for just a veggie filled tortilla. I personally got the Fiesta wrap and it was super tasty but $ 9.xx was a tad over priced.

The sad thing here is the University of Houston actually has a healthy alternative for food on campus but it is so badly executed it’s basically a wasted effort. This has got to be one of the most poorly run and least efficient businesses I’ve ever eaten at. They have something like 8 workers preparing orders in a tiny area but for whatever reason every order takes a lifetime to make(mind you it’s basically just scooping ingredients into a bowl or burrito). Chipotle could have fed an entire zip code by the time Frenchii produces one bowl of food. As a result, lines unnecessarily build up throughout the day. In addition, one in three visits will result in them being out of at least one ingredient. They also falsely advertise their portions. Take one look at that Pangoa bowl in bright colors on the menu — all those avocado slices and greens! Now, when you pickup your order you’ll be given a rationed portion which you won’t care to argue about because you’ve just spent 15 minutes watching humans run around in circles accomplishing nothing.

Horrible pangora(whatever) bowl. $ 8 for a pitifully thin slice of avocado on a mountain of undercooked quinoa, a scoop of black beans, canned corn, and sprinkled with oversweet barbeque sauce.

My first time here. 1. Long line 2. Out of rice, seriously! There goes half of its menu. And the worst part they tell you this when you reach the counter in the long line. Think twice before going there.

The concept is awesome, but the execution is horrible. This was my second time eating here; the first time I didn’t like what I ordered(not their fault), so I thought I’d give it another go. It was not worth trying again! They were highly disorganized, the place looked like a dirty sloppy mess, and the staff were unprofessional. The wait for food shouldn’t have been as long as it was, especially considering the employee making my bowl left it unfinished on the prep table to go make a smoothie. Or try to make a smoothie because the machine wasn’t working(sounded like a reoccurring problem). They were out of several ingredients, but it was 5:30 pm(I can understand that). Overall, it was the disorganization, scattered brain employees, and lack of flow that will prevent me from eating here again It’s unfortunate this place was so bad because we really do need a healthy alternative for eating on campus and my bowl was pretty good.

$ 6.50 for a tiny smoothie and with a bunch of employees they sure take a long time to make a drink.

Food is fresh just like the name indicates! It just opened at UH this week and I’ve already been twice! The bowls and burritos are delicious and a nice healthier option compared to all the other on-campus restaurants. The soup also looks great and I can’t wait to try it! So happy with this new addition to the UH Student Center(The UC).
