Huge dead roaches in the Kid’s play area. Filthy carpet and table. Food arrived quickly and to order. Management staff was great, but I cannot get past filth in the dining area as it suggests something worse in the unseen cooking area.

Wonderful manager and the staff is awesome! Fast, friendly and efficient service. I enjoy this location, the bathrooms and tables are always clean.

The manager there and all the staff are amazing. They are patient and good at recommending food items. Food came quick and was very delicious! I got the chocolate shake today and almost went back for seconds.
Manager was top notch, always checking in and even had our tables bussed for us. Felt like a restaurant experience and very clean. This is my favorite location and can’t wait to come back next week!
Even got another set of drinks and some cookies to finish our meals!

Still one of the best burgers i have ever eaten. Same delicious patty, fluffy bread, fresh veggie bar. And beatiful atmosphere, i love fudruckers and i always will. It never changes

I gave this place a bad review a month ago and, unfortunately, ended up here for a team lunch. This time I ordered the Kobe burger thinking I am getting something better than the regular burger. It had no taste and was dry. I must have drank four glasses of tea and I still did not finish it. I am done with this place!
REST IN PEACE Fuddruckers. We mourn the loss of the great tasting burgers you no longer serve.

On my 1 – 5 rating scale for burgers fudruckers gets a 4.
Taste: Best part about a Fudruckers burger is that the beef they use isn’t to lean which is important cause if the beef is too lean than the burger won’t be as good. The best burgers to get from here are the southwest burger and the burger with 3 cheeses. In my opinion those are the two best burgers Fudruckers has. Also their crispy chicken sandwich is great as well.
Fudruckers is one of the few places that makes really good milkshakes. I highly recommend getting the Oreo cookies and crème milkshake. Coconut Macaroons are out of this world as well.
Main downside though is the fries. They don’t taste that great and they give you a small amount. You’re better off just getting the burger with no fries.
Price: Its a little on the expensive side but the Quality makes up for it. They could work on improving the quantity and quality with the fries. They don’t give you a lot.

My family of 7 went to this location tonight to grab dinner. When we first received our order, they were missing some requests we made when we ordered. For instance, I ordered a Bourbon burger with mushrooms but when I got it, there were no mushrooms. My sister was missing her bacon. We notified the employees of our orders and how we were missing a few things. The employees immediately handled our concerns and added the missing ingredients. When I was eating my burger, I ordered a medium rare but when I got it, it was literally pink. It was more rare than medium rare. We let the employees know and they offered to make a whole new burger for me. When they brought it back out for me, they made sure I checked the patty this time to see if it suited my desires. it did. overall, the food was great but the customer service was amazing. The employees went above and beyond and I cannot thank you enough for providing my family and I such a pleasant dinner. Thank you. We will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been to the Fuddrucker’s in Sugar Land more than a handful of times and the burgers there’s are great. I chose to write a review on this location because the burgers were more than phenomenal and I really want to give these guys kudos. I always get a bacon cheddar burger well done. Fuddrucker’s is infamous for their burgers. For starters they offer various sizes such as: ¹⁄₃ lb. ½ lb. and ²⁄₃ lb. Veggie burger, nachos, wings, grilled chicken, salads, and more were all also on the menu. They have a various burger list as well obviously. I would highly recommend Fuddrucker’s and more specifically would recommend this location. The customer service was good. The cashier was pleasant and the man who I assumed to be the general manager personally came up to our table and asked how we were doing. This was much appreciated by us. On our way out we stopped to get desserts to take home with us, only $ 1.61 for a huge brownie #yum. I took a second look at the menu after I saw what looked like a large fried fish on a bun going out. I asked an employee and sure enough, fried tilapia on the menu. They also offer hand spun milkshakes and other baked goods/​various desserts.

The best hamburgers! Delicious cheese and I Was amazed at the good bread, it Was soft and toast at the same time. Good customer service and clean areas.

We have been here a few times for dinner. My Elk Burger was delicious but the fries had way too much seasoning. I love the fountain drink station! Their ketchup pumps were empty!

I was at Fuddruckers with a group of friends eating burgers and playing cards on Memorial Day 2015 — when Houston flooded. Needless to say we could not leave the restaurant. The staff and manager stayed with us until it was safe to leave. They gave us free drinks and yummy cookies. At 2:00 a.m. they brought out freshly baked bread for all of us. People were sleeping all over the floors and they did all they could to keep us comfortable. Stranded motorists were welcomed into the store and were given towels to dry off. First Responders stopped by to take a break. I cannot praise these people highly enough. You have my sincere thanks for keeping us all safe and dry.
By the way — my grilled chicken sandwich was delicious! I plan to go back again and again!

My first visit…
First impression — The outside needs a facelift. Inside, the place is so dark it’s depressing.
Service — Meh. In line for ten minutes behind two people. Too long for a burger joint. There were more restaurant staff than patrons. I would have been impressed had they taken the initiative to deliver a few meals to tables. Instead, they lazed around the kitchen waiting for the next order.
My food — 5 chicken strips literally dumped into a basket. Nothing appetizing about it. Drinks are self service. Coolest fountain machines EVER! Condiment station was well stocked.
The menu — selection is good but everything is overpriced in my opinion.
Overall I’d say this place is decent but it’s unlikely that’ll I’ll return.

Great burger joint. The tables are usually clean and what makes this place neat is the atmosphere, the drinks, and toppings. You get many options for seating including booths and large tables. They have a variety of cold beer and 2 fancy coke machines. You add all the toppings yourself and they all look fresh and neat. The burgers are great. Sit back and enjoy all the neat trinkets they have on display while eating a tasty elk burger.

Burgers here are amazing, the fries here are even better. The customer service is great and I love the décor. [There is a bed table, and a Texaco Gas pump and more] definitely something to come see. They have a big screen projector tv, in the main room. Oh and they have awsome shakes all in all this place is awsome.

I visited fud. at 5:30 pm. the place was dirty and feels very cheap. I ordered one works and one with the onion caramelized. the food was oily and heavy and taste less. the sweet potato was over cocked and soggy.
the tables were very dirty and sticky as they were not cleaned.
the experience was bad and I will not repeat it again in any near future.
the only con. is the neatness of the cashier.

This location is very good. I usually order takeout and I’ve never had a bad experience. Food is always excellent. Dine in atmosphere is meh.

We went here one time and they had a special for a cheese burger with fries and a drink for $ 5 because the Texas were playing. So the next time the Texas were playing we went back for the special. The crazy German lady at the counter made me fear for my life! I asked about the special and she started evil laughing at me, and then in her German accent said «Oh you want special?! I give you special. Cheese burger for regular price!» I was like «um… Ok…» Then I turned and ran to my car. Seriously I’m never going back here!

The point of my review was not to find out the ethnicity of your GM, but was to say that she didn’t know the specials. When we asked her about the special she laughed at us like we were idiots, and told us we could pay regular price. It was bad customer service, and we will never go back here.

The burgers and toppings were no better than McDonald’s — dry and lacking flavor. The giant ketchup container pumps were empty. The food is not worth the pricetag, not by any stretch of the imagination.
The worst part about my visit? The 12 tables scattered around the restaurant with plates and cups from previous guests… who knows how long those had been sitting around… this, in my opinion, was disgusting and unforgivable. Especially when the restaurant was not busy.
As much as I loved Fuddrucker’s as a kid, I will never be back.

I find the value for the meals at this place to be off. $ 14 for a meal at a chain restaurant is just not acceptable IMO. It doesn’t start that way, they charge extra for everything. The bread they use is dry. Yeah they butter up the outside but when you eat, the dough is sticky and dry. I was charged extra for onion rings which were falling apart, soaked in oil and not worth the extra $ 2.50. Charged extra for mushrooms which IMO should be part of the toppings bar. $ 1.50 for a drink at the fancy drink dispenser with dirty screens and selections not available during the lunch rush with my $ 14 lunch. I’ve been here a few times, each time spending over $ 10 and I just don’t think it’s worth it. Its frozen and fried food with dry sticky bread!
