This station always has the cheapest gas at this intersection (Tidwell and Antoine), and thankfully the pumps are covered and well lit. Always pay at the pump. ALWAYS. Rough characters loiter in and around this store.
Even when you are minding your own business by paying at the pump, you pretty much can’t stop here without getting asked for spare change or a cigarette. Just politely say no. Words to live by in this ‘hood: Don’t start no sh*t, won’t be no sh*t.
Also, there is a nice little taco truck that is permanently parked next to this station!
